I had a delivery recently from PJH…

I had a delivery recently from PJH bathrooms who delivered my B&Q items.
I was so amazed by Andrew and Angela's customer services.
They informed when they will arrive,and was on time.
They were so engaging and was happy to put all my heavy items upstairs. They made me feel comfortable and was very friendly, joyful and happy.
Usually delivery persons just dump the items and go.
But this has made a big difference to me. Because I'm disabled and have to use a stair lift to be able to carry goods.
I rate this company and I give 5 stars for customer service.....lst. class.

PJH, are brilliant, hard working polite and friendly. Angela and Andrew my delivery guys are just that. I appreciate their time keeping customer service and a willing to please. I absolutely recommend them from my great experience

Two different sides of a company

My delivery was due between 8.45 and 11.45. At 12.45 I called them to find out what had happened. I spoke to a nice lady called Susie who said she would find out and call me back. When she did she said the driver had got in a ‘pickle’ with his deliveries and that he was twenty minutes away. I then got a call from another very unprofessional lady (who would not even give her name). She told me the driver was stuck in traffic and would arrive some time today. She kept ‘huffing’ throughout the conversation. She was obviously not telling the truth as ten minutes later the delivery arrived, an hour and a half after the latest expected time.

This is the worst delivery service.

This is the worst delivery service.
Got an email to confirm delivery on the 14/09, waited all day but nothing came, phoned them the next day, got told your order has been cancelled for no obvious reason and they will need to reorder it for next week.
no apology or explanation was given.
absolutely terrible services.......

Very Satisfied

No problems with my delivery of bathroom furniture. I was kept informed of the arrival time of the items which turned up within 5 minutes of the final arrival time.

Above and beyond

I have noted the poor reviews, and only can assume it's driver contact/ PJH . My experience was first class, they arrived and actually helped by putting bathroom suite upstairs , they could have left at the door. Thank you guys for your help.

Excellent service and communications. Highly recommended.

PJH recently delivered an oven to us. They gave us an option to choose a delivery date convenient to us. Their communication was second to none. I was kept informed every step of the way. The item was delivered bang on time. The delivery driver was so helpful. It was a very large and heavy item and although I expected him to drop it 'kerbside', he didn't. He wheeled it right to the door. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you PJH.

Horrible service!!!

Horrible service! Ordered from heatandplumb and was meant to receive my order originally on Friday between 11am-7pm driver called me at 7 am in the morning and sad he was outside the door and told me to accept the delivery although I am sure he could clearly see that it was a building site. He sad he could wait 10 min if I could get there. They called to say that they can not deliver on Friday and will deliver on Monday to which I agreed and told them that I can only accept delivery between 11am-7pm. Monday 5 pm they left me a voicemail to say that they can not deliver today and will deliver tomorrow. I have builders waiting around for them to deliver the item do not order with heatandplumb if you have to deal with this company.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Delivery driver terrible, couldn’t move anything, banged radiator. Had to do it myself at 6months pregnant. No regard for anyone, didn’t want to be working. Very rude

No trust or conficence and integrity issues with PJH

no trust or conficence in this company .
Called to return 2 B & Q items and the delivery of another item. Both surplus to requirements. i had inspected one of them a large shower tray.
The telephone operator Marian went ahead and organised the collection of both returned items and delivery of the new item.
But in mid sentence then stated that she couldnt collect the shower tray as it didnt fall within the processes in place and that B & Q had been contacted and advised of this.
Blatant integrity issue here.
They deliver but wont return the same item.
Called B&Q who chased this and they were told that PJH couldn`t collect it as it wasn`t cost effective. ....... B&Q need to change delivery companies and sack this lot.!!!!

Very poor delivery service

Very poor delivery service. I am a pensioner, live alone on the second floor of a tenement building. PJH delivered an oven to the ground floor of the tenement but not to the flat. I can just about lift the package myself but there is no way to get it up the stairs. First time that any delivery company has ever done that.

A company of excuses

P J H were due to deliver a shower on 6th July. The driver contacted us at 6.30 am that morning informing us he would arrive around 14.10. At 15.52 we received a phone call telling us the driver couldn’t make it as he would be out of driving hours!!! Received phone call two days later rescheduling delivery for 20th July. The driver rang at 5.30 am asking for directions. Received text at 7.06 informing us delivery had left the depot. Received a phone call at 10.08 telling us driver couldn’t make delivery due to police incident and vans not allowed to leave the yard so no delivery. We told PJH we would contact B & Q as this was the third time a delivery had been cancelled. At 10.31 received phone call from PJH to say delivery would be going ahead albeit late as the vans had been released. At 11.59 the driver sent a text informing us he had just cleared the incident and would be with us within 90 minutes. This was 1 1/2 hours after being to,d he was in his way. Eventually they did arrive. This company makes excuses for its dreadful service. Why B & Q use them is beyond us as it must surely damage their reputation.

What a poor organisation

What a poor organisation! They couldn't organise a child's birthday party, let alone a delivery. B&Q must be losing so many orders using these people. I ordered a shower door from B&Q (it was actually in-stock in my local store!) on a Saturday, however, as I needed it delivered it had to come through PJH. I was told delivery would take up to 4 working days. I was contacted by PJH on the following Mondat to arrange delivery. They told me that it would not be despatched until Wednesday and would probably be with me on Friday. All good. However, Friday vcame and no sign of a delivery. I phone PJH and asked where my goods were. After a long time of faffing around I was told that as I had contacted them late (wrong way round - they contacted me!) it had missed the Wednesday despatch. Ordinarily this would mean I would have to wait until the following Wednesday before the item was shipped but as they were short of drivers it may not be despatched for 2 weeks more and MAY be with me in 3 weeks time! At this point I have cancelled the order. I have purchased a very similar item from Amazon to be delivered by their Prime service in 3 days time. What a difference.

Fantastic service

Had a delivery today 30/06/21. One item had a small bit of damage, probably done at works. I phoned customer services in Bolton and spoke to lovely lady by the name of Rebecca who arranged a replacement within just a couple of days. Very professional, very pleasant and, all round, a fantastic service. Thank You!

Had a delivery today my son accepted…

Had a delivery today my son accepted the delivery. Driver knocked on the door and vaped in his face not a great experience during a pandemic to have vape in your face delivery team wore no masks and were not happy to take the bath being delivered up stair. All in all rude unprofessional service and definitely not applying COVID rules of masks or hand gel. Need to develop a professional approach to customer service. I have called up this morning to complain

The delivery was faultless

The delivery was faultless, the communication was excellent & the deliverers were perfect gentlemen.

A lot of people have given negative reviews because they were not happy with the product they bought, which is not the fault of the deliverers.

PJH are excellent!
