Best customer service in Poland!

After 8 hours of flights I arrived in Warsaw and bought a ticked to Białystok, 5 minutes before the train's arrival, the intercom announced a 30 minute delay, after which a different train arrived on time (it had a different name). I asked a member of the staff if my ticket was for this train and got told no. Shocker: it was my train! 15 minutes later I realized what happened and went up to get a new ticket, calmly since I'm not one to cause trouble, after which I got told by the lovely lady at the counter that maybe I should get a babysitter and i'm too old to commit this sort of mistakes. She was extremely agressive, not offering solutions and I had to ask her multiple times for a new ticket. I've worked with customers my whole life, if I could give 0 stars for the wonderful customer service PKP provides, I would. Thank you for providing me with this beautiful service, i'm definitely not using your trains again.

Shameful service on the Modlin Airport – Warsaw Central route, misleading app, and humiliating treatment

I traveled on the Modlin Airport – Warsaw Central route and this service should be ashamed of itself. I am a 25-year-old Italian university student and I bought a discounted student ticket through the official app because it stated that the reduced fare was for students under 26, without any clear indication that it was only for Polish students. That is misleading and unfair to international students and travelers. During the inspection, the conductor first checked my university card, then my ID, and only after that decided to fine me; it felt suspicious, like he changed his mind mid-way once he realized I was not Polish. I tried to explain that the nationality restriction was not indicated in the app, but I was ignored and treated with zero courtesy or professionalism. The inspector’s attitude was rude, cold, and hostile, and instead of helping a foreign passenger who followed the official app’s instructions, he chose to punish me for a rule that was not clearly communicated. If you advertise a student discount, you must clearly state all restrictions in the app; otherwise you are setting passengers up to be trapped and fined. I strongly discourage international travelers and students from trusting this service unless they want to risk being treated unfairly.

Outdated system

I don't know why they don't have a better ticket checking system traveled between krakow and szeczin first class and my E-ticket on my cell phone was checked 4 times 🙄😑how unorganized could you possibly be to have a system where you know you've already checked a person's ticket and identification and still have the need to check something you’ve already checked numerous times completely incompetent system extremely annoying

This goes to PKP Intercity

This goes to PKP Intercity: Website is really bad. To buy a ticket there is a nightmare. I have selected an option, they change it without me knowing it.... I found out looking on the ticket. Now I cannot change the ticket. I am very angry.... They put options which don't exist.... really disappointing... Someone is doing bad job there. Hope the same happens to the person which did this website - he/she/them should know what a pain in the ass is giving to others.

Pathetic at best

App is really bad, website also super unfriendly user experience. Trains are ALWAYS late, literally always. In my 4 years of taking the train in Poland they were on time maybe once or twice… a true S H I T show!
