It’s been 5 months and still haven’t received my order
Paid in March 2025 and still haven’t received the product or a refund and the shop is now ‘closed’ and there is no way to contact the owner. Surely this isn’t allowed?
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

My order was missing an item. I tried emailing the seller seeking a resolution twice, but was ignored. So after two weeks passed with no response, I went to their instagram page and left a comment on their latest post stating that my order was missing an item and that I'd tried emailing but not been given a response. I saw that more customers also commented with similar issues. The seller deleted all of our comments. Later that day I left a second comment, saying the same as I had before as well as mentioning the deleted comments. Finally the seller messaged me on instagram (after deleting my comment again) claiming "technical issues" and insisting they "have no qualms with open discussions or things being highlighted!" I replied again seeking a resolution, but am now back to being ignored by the seller. It has now been nearly 3 weeks since my order was delivered missing an item, with no resolution in sight.
Edit to add: I left another public comment on the sellers latest instagram post last night, as my previous messages had continued to be ignored. Suddenly the seller was able to respond very quickly, again deleting my comment and then messaging me back.
Also, I tried leaving a review for this order through the Shop app, but it still has not been posted. I contacted customer support about this and was told that reviews need to be approved by the seller before they're posted. So it would seem this seller does not allow negative reviews to be posted on their Shopify storefront.
