For the most part, I’m satisfied. The user interface is easy and clear. All the basic functionalities are there. I would maybe like to see a bit more detailed analytics.

Planable is the social media management tool where teams actually collaborate, not just pass feedback around. It helps with centralizing posts in a shared calendar, keeping everything visible and organized from start to publish. You can see draft posts exactly as they’ll appear live and use multi view options to review content from different perspectives. Feedback stays in context, using comments and shareable views to keep everyone aligned without confusion. Planable is a client friendly workspace that supports all types of content — from social media to newsletters, briefs, and more, with structured approvals and clear visibility across teams.

Platform will go down and they can't/won't notify you about it - My clients missed out on scheduled work, and they're blaming the social media platforms for having issues. All is working fine on other platforms, would avoid.
I'm taking out a star from this because of the lack of clear information given before you start using their website, regarding the limit of posts you can schedule in advance. Overall, it's a bit of a shame because the website looks amazing, but calling it a free plan where you literally cant post after you reach the count of 50 total it's a bit of a lie honestly. Another website who tries to trick you into showcasing a lot of quality for free, when it's actually not free at all. I know it's hard to build a business, but a good portion of your cutomers might not remain after a while. Personal opinion would be that if they limited the posts to lets say 5 at any given time, it could become an advantage for both sides (business & n0n-subscribers), similar to what Buffer does.
Honestly, I tested the best known tools: Agorapulse, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later.com. All do not have complete features. Planable.ioo brings together all the features to animate your social networks. They miss a few things including Pinterest (when adding it?) But it's already very complete !!
Their customer support delighted me! Very helpful and customer-focused. This is the most important aspect of every company, to focus on customer experience, and in Planable it seems that they know what customer experience means!
Their product is great if you work remotely and/or manage medium to high profile clients. The Planable team is very acquainted with the "give first" culture and it's something I really appreciate. Five stars.
Life saver! This service has helped my team get out of public relations catastrophes! We now have all campaigns under control and we are increasing revenue according to our goals. Thanks so much Planable.
Planable is just what an agency that sells community management need. Clients always want to see and approve social media posts before posting them. Before planable we used to make a weekly Power Point for each client and send it to them. Then they would make their comments and observations via email and we would sometimes don't even know what post were they talking about. Creating the powerpoint was also an incredible waste of time. Internally we would use Trello to supervise and comment on the materiales which was ok but Planable has made that easier as well.
Planable has streamlined our workflow allowing us to spend more time doing creative work and less time doing administrational tasks like creating documents for the clients. It visual interface has also helped our clients understand better how their posts will look like on facebook.
