I don't know what to say. So much mental torture these guys do to the customer. I created an account over here thinking I will enjoy the experience but it is turning out to be a disaster. First they rejected my withdrawals stating technical issues and then they said I have reached my daily withdrawal limit and I cannot withdraw anymore. If my withdrawals are rejected then how can my limit exhaust ? I was talking to the online support chat yesterday but now they have blocked my access to the online customer support care as well. Even after waiting for 24 hours I am not able to withdraw anything as it keeps saying that withdrawal limit is exhausted, please try after 24 hours. They are doing every possible thing to avoid giving the customer their winnings.

I have problem withdrawing my money. For almost 3 or 4 weeks now, they keep on stressing me for some documents like a selfie holding a code and the email they sent me. I already sent my national Id, my utility bill, and everything they need but after I sent the requested documents.
