Good prices on 4k blurays. Case was broken in transit. Good communication. Was offered refund, new disc or replacement case. I choose new case which arrived a few days later. Will be using again.

Products I bought didn't match the pictures on the site. I didn't recieve the version I wanted on Dvd of South park

Where I was for 3 months:
No delivery, no update, no tracking number (order number was listed as being sent pretty quickly) & no help from PayPal. Password reset failed. No access after delivery details page refreshed. Not recommended.
Where we are today & Lessons learned:
Although you may register with your everyday email address, it is overwritten to your PalPal address and all the details are sent there instead!
Also the tracking number is not stored in PoE account, or Paypal; but is emailed once to your Paypal address.
From there we were able to find the damaged label (being held until claimed) and confirm that it was shipped.
Although the team at PoE tried, it was difficult to work out what went wrong until I checked my Paypal email account (not frequently used to secure it). From there the essential order#, and tracking and PoE account details were all waiting.
On reflection service was 10/10, and I would highly recommend them. Sometimes a user can be too smart for their own good :)
