If you are reading this it's probably…

If you are reading this it's probably too late. I have no idea who these people are. They're taking 9.99 euro every 2 weeks. The email they give you to communicate with them is bogus and just bounces back to the sender. The CANCEL button on their site doesn't work! They should be investigated and shut down! Horrible SCAM!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I foolishly ordered a fidget toy that was advertised on TikTok for £3. However, unbeknownst to me I was actually subscribing to this dodgy website, who conveniently knew nothing about the fidget toy. I also didn't know the subscription had to be cancelled within 3 days or else I had to pay them £50, which they collected from my bank account. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

SCAM:

SCAM:
These people tried to charge me $19.95 three times! I did not sign up to them. I think maybe they got my number from another website where I was told I had won a prize if I paid shipping, which was nominal, so I did that. But I never intended to I take out a subscription with these fraudulent people . My credit card company insisted on issuing me with a new card because of this. Its an annoying inconvenience.

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM!
Signed up with the trial for €1 and then requested to cancel the subscription. Had a charge today for €14 so I called the bank who said they've been trying for months to take large amounts from my account. Have had to cancel my card and get a new one sent out. PlanetPlayGames say that they didnt receive a cancel request and will not refund me the money.

Dishonest !!

I received this morning an ad (in french, as I am french. Sorry, nobody's perfect!) telling me that as I am a good and faithful customer of FREE, I can have a Samsung S8 for 2,5€. Of course it seems to be a (too) good deal, so I try it but I make captures of the screens (I'm not so at ease with this offer...) . I agreed to pay 2,5€ to have a "Samsung S8 128GB, 3 pieces available, GUARANTEED PRICE" then I see a screen with "congratulations your account PlanetPlayGames.com has been created" So I run immediately on their site and discover that I have subscribed (how??) . I manage to cancel the subscription and exchange several mails with them. They say that they "will no longer charge me moving forward" but of course they charge me 2,5€ (for what??)
About the Samsung S8 they say that they are "unable to give [me] a guarantee that I'm going to win the grand prize"!! So the "guaranteed price" transformed into "grand prize"!!
So be CAREFUL with PlanetPlayGames.com, open you eyes.
Take care.
