about Planet Space?
Generally seen it is great to have a safe and dry place to store your staff.
I have only two points which I do not like:
1) The price is way to high!
2) There is no possibility to put trash
I mean if you store staff you often find things which you don't need anymore or which you cleaned up. It would be nice if there would be a bin to throw things away directly. Sometimes people mess up with their stuff around as they have no option and are obviously not be willed to take the rubish back home.
As a good idea would be if they would enlarge their business by selling maerial for relocation, renting staff for help, offering trucks and package material, etc.

Carmen has always provided fantastic service and communication over the years, going above and beyond, offering support when I need things taken care of remotely. Great storage and service! I had a storage room for 1 m2 in Palma. I stored personal belongings while I was staying abroad. I had a great experience. The storage is spacious, easy to access, parking spots right in front. I can fully recommend!

Dear Ben, first of all thank you for storing with us since 2023. Even if your review isn’t positive, we would thank you for your review too. However it had been more helpful for both of our parts to share your dissatisfaction with your site manager first. We always try our best to maintain our client’s satisfaction as high as possible and would have been able to explain you the increases personally. You contracted in 2023 with an welcoming discount of 20% for 12 months, which expired one year later. Furthermore, Planet Space ,same as other companies, raises prices every year in line with the cost of living (IPC). This used to be very little as this year, for example it was only 3.4%. We apologize you aren´t happy with the procedure but want to thank you for trusting us your belongings for more than 2 years and for continuing to store with us. They have explained everything so well and it actually was the perfect fit, without overselling anything. We could store all our stuff inside. The check out was smooth and easy as well. I cannot recommend them enough and would definitely go back to use their services!!!
