In this platform they promise three types of classes:
(1) Learn Classes where a teacher is assigned to conduct one-to-one classes
(2) Practice Classes where a teacher manages 5-10 children and help them practice the topics
(3) Performance Classes where the AI is supposed to give tasks to the kids for 1 hour based on the student level and understanding
NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING PROPERLY FOR MATHEMATICS STUDENTS.
Learn Classes: I was looking for Vedic Mathematics class for my daughter, and I came across the ad from PlanetSpark. The academic counsellor displayed an elaborate presentation (PPT Slides) with details of their Vedic Mathematics Curriculum and convinced me to register. But in the LMS platform, I could not see any classes related to that. When I checked with the Academic Counsellor, they mentioned that they will ask the teacher to cover those topics. More than 6 months, only the regular academic Mathematics topics were being covered, and I was not seeing much improvement in my daughter's performance and her grasp on the concepts were still poor.
Feb 12, 2026: NO RESOLUTION YET
Jan 24, 2026: After my review in Trustpilot the social media team contacted me and unlike the support team, they seem to be proactive and co-operative compared to the regular support team. He promised to help me get the new teacher assigned. Spoke to the new teacher and requested to share clear lesson plans for the remaining 26 Learn Classes ahead of the sessions and also provide conceptual notes and practice exercises for each class.
Jan 29, 2026: Teacher did not respond. Escalated again. Subsequently they said they are trying to find a Vedic Mathematics teacher and will assign within 48 hours.
Feb 8, 2026: Vedic Mathematics Teacher is not assigned yet.
Practice Classes: No flexibility in timings for practice classes as they promised when enrolling. The entire class topics got jumbled up in the platform. All the classes attended so far are showing wrong topics which were not actually covered.
Performance class is not working. It is more than 7 months now. The performance class technical glitch is not resolved yet in spite of continuous follow-ups. Tickets get marked as resolved without proper resolution. The representative from social media team has informed me that they will ensure a proper resolution of this.
Feb 10, 2026: Again, the ticket got marked as resolved without solving the issue. The issue persists and the team does not have any clue on what the issue or how to fix it.
Support Pain Points: (1) Poor support. Tickets are getting marked as resolved, but the problem persists. (2) Assured Call Back is available in support. In spite of raising multiple requests no one has called me back. After multiple tickets and call back requests, the social media team has taken the initiative to interfere and has promised resolution for each of the issues faced.
Platform Issues: Classes which are completed are not getting marked as completed.
I will edit this review with updates on the resolution provided. With the steps taken by social media team and on their request, I am increasing my rating from 1-star to 3-star with the hope that other issues will be addressed.
Feb 12, 2026: It is more than 3 weeks now and things are not moving in right direction. I am reducing the rating again to 1-star. Once all the issues are resolved, will consider increasing the star rating ONLY if they fix their problems and provide a good experience and support.
I am not going to use the platform till I get a proper resolution. It is our hard-earned money that is being swindled through unethical practices of the sales team and support team. But will consider this as a lesson learnt.
I enrolled my daughter in December and still struggling in January for login credentials. There is no support. People does not respond. I regret my decision. Please be careful with this company and avoid enrolling.
Teachers are very supportive and my child is satisfied but please work on the OTL generation process that's a bit annoying sometimes.

Sharing this as a genuine warning to others. The course is sold with big promises, but once the payment is done, their response drops significantly. Not all the promised classes are delivered, and after a few sessions they simply claim the course is completed. The course quality itself is substandard, and follow-up becomes almost impossible. To make matters worse, it’s very common for the sales person to suddenly say they’ve “left the company,” leaving no accountability. Even the assigned tutor is largely helpless, with no real control. Please do proper due diligence before enrolling.

I am an NRI parent living in the US, and I am writing this review to warn others about the fraudulent practices at PlanetSpark. I enrolled my child expecting quality education and a flexible refund policy. Instead, I was cheated, manipulated, and lied to.
Person named Aryan was the PlanetSpark's marketing guy who convinced us into this program, he literally made us pay the entire amount in one shot in that live session. We really got convinced as they were sounding promising and really assured us refund in case something goes wrong.But evrything was a lie & scam which we could not identify that time.
The Product is Substandard: Despite charging a premium (collecting a full year’s payment upfront), the quality is shocking. The teachers assigned to my child spoke broken English and lacked basic communication skills. We changed the teacher once too but it was not helpful. But for a platform promising "English education," this is embarrassing and unacceptable.
The "Support" is Non-Existent: Once they have your money, you cease to exist to them.
Chat Support: They stop responding completely after payment.
Ticketing System: This is a fake system. Every ticket I raised was automatically marked "resolved" after a few days with a generic "we are working on it" message. No investigation ever happens.
The Deception (The Real Scam): This is the most critical part of my experience. After I initially posted a negative review detailing these issues, their employee, Animesh Verma, contacted me immediately.
He did not call to fix the teaching quality.
He called to make a deal: He promised to process my refund by 31st Dec 2025 if I removed my negative reviews.
I wanted to trust them one last time, so I removed the reviews and waited.
The Outcome: Refund request initiated on 29 Aug 2025 and It is now 20 January 2026.
I have received ZERO refund even after trying to contact them numerous times.
Animesh has stopped responding to my calls and emails.
They successfully tricked me into silencing my complaint so they could keep my money.
Note : I messaged both the founders(Maneesh & Kunal) of PlanetSpark on LinkedIn directly and sent personal emails additionally describing entire situation. This seems to be useless step too as i was not even acknowledged and this shows the utter low grade standards of PlanetSpark.
Verdict: PlanetSpark seems to specifically target NRIs, assuming we are too far away to take action. They take your money, provide terrible service, and use unethical tactics to delete negative feedback. Do not fall for their sales pitch.

It has never been even a day of positive experience with Planet Sparks since the day I signed up my son for it. Teachers are often late or no show to class without notice. A one-hr class with 45 min writing time, so teachers off screen for 45 min. Absent classes were marked as Attended. Customer service is terrible. All issues mentioned above were Nothing to be done which means this is a non-truthful company, just eating up our money.

Do not enroll for any classes, its just fraud. Their councillors will give you false commitment and ask admission in same call. policies say return but after enrollment they will disappear @planetspark

Good Platform for developing or enhancing my kid public speaking skill, I can see the improvement the way she communicate now, she has definitely levelled up , however we need to wary of Academic counsellor as the misled and provide flase commitments just to make us enroll by misleading interms of providing more number of learn classes ,always record the conversation and cancel the enrolment within first 5 classes for refund to be on safer side.

⚠️ Warning: Bad Experience with PlanetSpark ⚠️
I enrolled my sister in PlanetSpark after they promised that the enrollment could be cancelled if we were not satisfied after 5 classes. Unfortunately, when we tried to cancel, they completely stopped responding.
They are not answering calls or replying to messages, yet the monthly fees are still being auto-deducted from our account. There is no proper support to stop the deduction.
This is extremely disappointing and feels like online fraud. Please think twice before enrolling here. We had a horrible experience.
Very dissatisfied with PlanetSpark. The marketing is impressive, but the learning experience does not match the claims. Frequent changes in trainers and lack of individual focus made the program ineffective for my child.

I've recently renewed my child's course and there has been few errors in the platform. The constant glitch in the app is too hard for my child to focus consistently. But the only reason that I enroll my child here is the brilliant curriculum offered by the platform. My advice is to work on updating the system of platform.
I sencerely appreciate this public speaking platform.it provides a supportive environment for kids to develop communication skills , confidence and leadership qualities .my daughter's learn class teacher Mrs.shristy grover is teaching in a very good way , her teaching has helped my daughter to gain confidence and improve her speaking skills ,she will teach very patiently .The senior academic counselor Mr .Farhan wani also helped to enroll to this platform.he cleared all our doubts and given full information about this planet spark platform .finally your kids improve day by day .

My overall experience with the platform has been somewhat satisfactory. There were few glitches in the app and OTP issue were common but as fas as academics are concerned it is updated and fine for my child.
As on 08/01/2026 Today I have received mail from Planet spark customer support for refund of Money and they have assured for refund
Hii Am struggling from past 1 year for refund of my money from 2024 June month I enrolled my child Inaaya seeing this ad of planet spark on facebook they started a demo class and then I agreed as demo class is always good then they arranged meeting with a person who gave us written mail that refund will be done of whole fees amount if I didn’t like the classes before 5 classes ,they take whole course fees beforehand my Rs55000 was debited through my credit card card ,after that classes started and there service degraded classes was having technical issues,teacher was not there at time and I understood that their service will not at all be good so I decided to not continue with this course till that time my daughter has took only four classes in actual,when I told them to refund money they disagreed and till now I have not got my money back they are real cheaters ,I also filed case against them but it is of no use as they have not any physical existence and my legal notice against them has not been received by any one ,please anyone please don’t fall in their trap and help me how my hard earned money money can be refunded
Following my review, PlanetSpark has contacted me to address my concerns. I have been in communication with Mr. Aditya over the last three days to resolve the 1-on-1 class issues. The worst experience with planetspark team.They cheated me for my kids education. Before payment Planetspark councillor had assured me to give 1 on 1 teaching for total of 100 classes,thank God instead of 100 classes I choose to try with 80 that was the only thing I had requested them that my kid is poor in English so he needs only 1 on 1 classes,where after 2nd class they changed their statement that from total of 80 classes only 32 classes will be with 1 on 1 teaching rest of the classes my kid has to practice alone,32 classes for practice and 32 for performance in their portal for which as parents we have to help our kids for their practice classes and performance classes and when i raised a ticket regarding this concern now their customer agent Ms shruti is asking me for proof that without proof they cannot help me.even though i have sent them the WhatsApp chats that total 100no of classes were assured and no one informed regarding the separate sections like practice and performance.now one of their agent called me and she is asking me to pay for the next section and she will give me the rest 12 classes..As I had enrolled for first 80 classes.so at least my balance money for 20 classes is safe..These people should be banned for making fraud commitments on the name of education.3-4 times I have requested them but no use, then I came here to review about the things happened with me ,so at least other parents should not be a victim of such fraud People

As per company guidelines we have the chance to cancel the enrollment before five classes and when we requested for the cancellation of our kid's enrollment just after 2 classes they started ignoring our calls. There's no response to the mail, nor sms nor whatsapp message. I tried contacting the teacher and she said that she's been laid off a week before and that she hasn't received her payment too. Looks like it's an online fraudulent service since they don't respond to any of your texts or requests or tickets.
We have raised a ticket and yet they say the back end team will get in touch with you, and that's it. You will not hear anything back again.

Title: Misrepresented Teaching Role, Unpaid Training, Turned into Cold Calling Sales
Review:
I joined this edtech platform after being hired for an online tutor role, based on my teaching experience. During the hiring and onboarding process, I was clearly informed that my responsibilities would be limited to teaching and coordinating demo class timings with interested parents.
However, after completing multiple days of unpaid training, it became evident that the actual role was cold calling and sales-oriented lead conversion, where I was expected to call random leads and convince them to book demo classes. This critical detail was never disclosed at any stage prior to or during onboarding.
Had the true nature of the role been communicated honestly, I would not have agreed to unpaid training or proceeded with the onboarding. Unfortunately, none of the individuals involved in recruitment or training clarified the actual job responsibilities, resulting in a complete mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered.
This experience reflects poor transparency and misleading recruitment practices, particularly concerning for educators who invest time based on role clarity. I am still awaiting payment for the unpaid training period.
I would strongly advise candidates to seek written clarity on job responsibilities and compensation before joining.
P.S. I received a callback from one of their team members stating that the payment would be processed today. However, I have not yet received any written acknowledgement confirming the same. I will keep updating as and when there is further progress.
UPDATE : Again a false promise, did not receive anything till now
Another UPDATE : Finally they have come around to confirm that a payment will be processed and have sent an email confirmation of the same. However will give the final update once due payment is received.
Another update:
They have asked me to change the review to 3 stars after which they will initiate the payment. The payment will take 10 to 15 days to process. Will update shortly.
