Plants arrived in a great state, but it is a little expensive

Plants as described. Well packaged and with water retaining gel to ensure they didn't dry out during transportation, which was quick. Happy to use Planfor.pt again.

I was a little apprehensive about the delivery since some plants didn't even come in a vase, but they arrive in perfect condition!! Tks to the person who takes care

The shipping was incredibly fast. My plants are beautiful and they were carefully packaged. Zero damage. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered some seeds and everything went fine.

Very fast shipping. Only 4 days to Portugal. The packaging is good and protects the pants. The plants are in decent shape. I order peonies that arrive really good and one rose plant that is a bit damaged.

Before I tell you what went wrong, let me first say that I like and admire Planfor. However, something did go wrong, and I should tell you about it.

I made the order ( CLPOCT375654CIRFP) on your web site and received a confirmation on 25.04.21. On the same day, I realised that I had to be away during the week when I could expect my order to arrive, and wrote a mail on that day to ask for the delivery to be delayed. I received a response on 27.04. saying "Your order is in preparation and must be dispatched this week.". I wrote on that day "Please do not dispatch until Thursday May 6 or Friday May 7. I will not be able to receive the delivery this week or next week" and received on 29.04 the reply "We are sorry to inform you that your order was in a very advanced preparation phase and was shipped today. We could not intercept it. We apologize for this inconvenience."
In the event, the trees were delivered in good condition on 4.05. This resulted in a very complicated rescue mission by email and telephone, redirecting the delivery to a new address, alerting neighbours to the arrival, and also giving them the responsibility to keep the trees alive in a hot and windy week until my return yesterday. Thankfully, everything worked out and the trees are now planted.
Surely the order could have been delayed. I announced the problem the day after I made the order, and it was not shipped until 4 days later.

your plants are good...sometimes they do not grow though...I have had 2 rose bushes refusing to grow....all the others are doing well...thank you

The quality of the plants send this time was not great.
The cherry had a lot of dead branches in the top. I had to remove those which basically means a year lost. For a plant that expensive that is not good service.

Delivery on time. Well packed.

Indirectly the delivery partner that Planfor chooses does not provides a valid service for my destination. It is a big issue.

Delays with processing order. Terrible choice of courier. Refusal by company and courier to resolve issues. Waited in for deliveries that didn't come. No products, no refund of more than 150 euros paid. Having to post experience here because neither company has responded to my messages. Feels like I've been scammed.

Everything came well packed and the plants were very healthy. I was just expecting the hostas to be a little larger, but other than that excellent service, thank you.

We received 2 packages initially. One was packed perfectly. No damages whatsoever. The second package had a lot of free space, that allowed everything to move around during transport damaging a large portion of the plants. Not so good. Reaction on our feedback was good in resending a part of the shipment. That is now underway. I hope better packed. Overall good.

Goods arrived exactly as ordered, and much quicker than anticipated. Would not hesitate to use you again.

Promt communication, plants arrived in very good condition.

I had a wonderful experience at Planfor. I received an email explaining what my orchid would look like when it arrived and provided a photo. It was great to know ahead of time that I was receiving a healthy plant.

Quick service, a courier who managed to find us in spite of the address being incorrect (blame the Câmara, not us!) and a well-protected and packed box containing one sturdy little Mexican lime tree - what's not to like, as they say in America? Otimo! Obrigadinha. Thanks a million, Planfor. Now...if you could just find me the perfect 'family' apple tree with 2-3 varieties I like on it!

Delivery was difficult. Took 3 times to get the parcel, and our place is easy to find.
Some plants have broken branches ...the packing was not the most reliable to protect them.
Livraison difficile. 3 essais pour avoir le paquet alors que notre maison est facile à trouver. Certaines plantes ont eu des branches cassées, l emballage n est pas parfait pour protéger les plantes.
