Incredible tool, even better support!

Planhat serves a key role in our tech-stack as a tool specifically geared to our post-sale function, and my God does it deliver!!

The tool is constantly improving, it allows us to do things we could never do with our pre-sale CRM, an the support we get from Planhat puts the major CRM players to shame.

I've only took it on as system owner in the last six months, and they've been a fantastic six months. Delivery after delivery, efficiency after efficiency.

I genuinely think that without Planhat we'd be spending hundreds more hours a week on administrative tasks, rather than actually making money for the business.
