This printer always gives fantastic service. I use them for quite fiddly jobs and they are so knowledgeable, patient and obliging. No job seems to be too difficult for them. They recently laser cut some letters for me which were great although most of my jobs are standard A4 print runs. I thoroughly recommend this company. They go the extra mile to be really helpful. They deserve 5*

I had a great experience with Plan It. The team were very responsive and helpful with what we needed. The process was really easy and it was great to have one person do it all! Would definitely recommend using.

What started with a few questions early on, enabled us to a recent completion of a rear single storey extension at our house.
We used Frazer and the PlanIt team for the full package including Planning, Technical Design and approvals. The knowledge and wealth of experience enabled us to start the project feeling confident about it from day 1 of the build.
The Team took all the stress and processes away enabling us to really focus on what we wanted to build and budget.
The interactions were always friendly and professional with high level of detail in their drawings, videos and applications.

Frazer was very helpful and professional and a huge help with advice on the remedial works on my extension. He is also very prompt at responding to all my queries and for producing the report I needed for Building Control.

Living in a conservation area the team helped us navigate through the potential issues we faced in replacing house windows and the roof on a conservatory. From initial consultation to receiving planning approval we felt that we were always in good hands.

I chose PLAN IT to create the plans for my extension a few weeks ago and they've been brilliant. They provide a professional & friendly service and a clearly laid out package making it easy to budget & taking the stress out of the process. Comms have been great throughout. I had an initial intro call with Lily talking through what I wanted to achieve, followed by a meeting at my house with Harry who patiently allowed me to talk through my ideas helping me get to the best solution. Upon instructing PLAN IT, Lloyd conducted a survey, before booking the first official planning meeting with Frazer. He arrived already knowing what I wanted as Harry had given him a breakdown. My build is a fairly simple one but the service I've received is as good as if I had a complex & more glamorous build (not something I've experienced when explaining my needs to other companies).
Frazer has taken the time to listen to what I want & design an extension that I'll love, improve the functionality of my home for my family & is achievable within my budget. He's explained every detail and answered every question, no matter how trivial. PLAN IT can also introduce you to vetted builders if that is something you require. Plans have just been submitted & I'm excited to see them come to life soon.
I'll be back to update when everything is complete but I can highly recommend PLAN IT.

We approached Frazer after having serious concerns over another Architectural company we had been working with. After only 2 conversations we felt more at ease with Plan It UK than we did after 4 months working with someone else. We made the decision to instruct Plan It UK officially, expecting to have to go through the process again for another 4 months however this was far from reality. Our project was passed to Alicia who instantly stepped in and arranged with the council an extension to our initial planning application, allowing us to save on a second application fee. Also, because of this, Alicia was able to create and submit new plans with the council approval coming through within 7 weeks of our first appointment with Plan It. I would highly recommend Plan It UK to anyone

We had a very positive experience using Plan It UK. They handled every part of the process from the initial design stages that included an in person meeting to make sure they understood our requirements through to overseeing the planning application and approval process with Greenwich Council. They were also able to then connect us with the most suitable builder to get the build process underway. You obviously pay for the whole experience but it is so worth it. If you want a stress free process from start to finish, a professional set of architecture drawings that will ensure the actual build is what you want and a very personal touch then we would strongly recommend using Plan It Uk.

Plan it UK were the only structural engineers who answered their phone (and I phoned quite a few) and have continued to be easy to contact throughout. Harry and his team have been great, especially lily who answered the phone when I first called and explained the process I required in detail to me, Jon, whose patience with me over several months has been a blessing and Harry, who has ensured the whole process has run smoothly. A great team who I would use again. Thank you.

A very professional company with excellent upfront communication. All mails, phone calls answered as soon as possible. The builders all appreciated the details and quality of the site plans and were able to use these to give very accurate prices rather than approximated costs.

Reviewing at the end of the design phase. Great ideas and very responsive to what we wanted to achieve. Lots of practical advice too. We worked mainly with Alicia, but with excellent input from Frazer, Harry and Lily too. When we first got in touch with Plan It, Lily wasn't pushy (unlike some of the other architects we contacted), just extremely helpful in describing how Plan It could help.

I highly recommend Plan It UK especially Architectural Design Miss Alicia B. and Frazer.
Alicia was incredible helpful and advise & design the plan porch for me in a way that I could get authorization from Council when I thought that won't be possible. This lady answered quick to my all emails, guided me with each step to move forward with my application.
