They were really kind and quick with responses. Additionally offered promotion and It was really helpful.

The ease of use of the app makes me love it. We love to create our projects in here so our clients won't be disappointed when they see something they don't like already built.
It creates the best solution when you want to see something before hand.

I like the app cause it's simple to use and they assist you for any question you have pretty quickly!

I like the way you can use shapes, but unliked how to move them. Sometimes, it was hard to see wich shape was selected.

This is such a helpful app! With no experience, I was able to design my tiny home & now 2 years later I'm working on designing an addition. I ran into an issue today where I lost my designs. It was my mistake from not realizing I had previously set up two accounts. I logged in & my newer designs were gone. I didn't yet know what the issue was. I reached out to their customer support, with very little hope. Kriss was incredibly helpful & was kind enough to merge my accounts together which restored all of my missing projects. I'm very grateful for this fantastic app & the awesome customer service!

Great experience. Requires a bit of effort to make it work for novice users but all in all a great application to visual your dream house.

I use a lot of different rendering programs. This one seems to be the best by ease of use and textures and overall experience. The staff is great to deal with and seem to get my issues (hardly any) solved quickly

I used the free trial and found the software to be somewhat intuitive. I was trying to help my husband with a project proposal but really did not have the time to get everything to work like I wanted. I'm sure with time I could have done more with it. Unfortunately, I used an incorrect email address so was not aware that my trial was running out. Again, this was a me problem. Customer Service was kind and helpful, and although they could not offer a full refund, They reduced it to a one month fee.

I signed up for a free 5-day trial, expecting plan uploads to take 10 minutes to 24 hours as stated on their website. It took 3 days, leaving me only 2 days to try the service before being charged a $399 annual fee. When I explained the situation, they refused to offer a resolution. Either they intentionally delay uploads or their service does not work as advertised.

Great cad app that I can access on any device. For the price of premium, you get a fully functional design software.

Awful, terrible AI robot customer service unable to actually solve a problem. Don’t sign up for a free trial because you won’t be able to cancel and they’ll charge you $400.

Probably one of the best of these home planning software, but this isn't saying much since they all seem to be terrible.
Very frustrating software to use, easy to add components, but goes badly wrong when you try and delete components, often having to start again.
On the plus side user support is very responsive, but not sure how much they can help when the software just seems buggy.
Hopefully these issues will be resolved in future.
Despite all of this, I would recommend that you give it a go as I have got on much better than with FloorPlanner, and RoomSketcher.

My experience was very positive, this programe is very demure!
I had to plan my new home all by myself and I could create my on project. I will recommend to my friends and family for sure! Very useful!

Wanted to quickly mock something up - I'm not a designer wasn't interested in perfect matching items. But when you only have 5% of the catalog and you can resize NONE of it, you can't use it for free at all. Can't resize anything but the room. No windows, doors, desks nothing can be resized.

If you want to charge, fine. Just don't tell people any one can use it for FREE when the restrictions are so harsh you can't actually do anything with it

Customer support is quick, effective and kind. Product could be more user friendly, but looks like it's one of the best of its category. Price is fair.
