Planning Center is a go-to for any worship teams in churches and I use it because it makes it easier for me to share music information with everybody on our worship sets and check their availability without coordinating emails back and forth. However, from a customer experience perspective, the app is just so full of hassle. Simple tasks such as adding or deleting something needs so many steps sometimes. The information all around is placed in a way that is overwhelming with the way they choose to layout everything, just not simple enough to understand when you're a first comer. Even with their tutorials to help, there's a lot of counter-intuitive moves I have to make to get to sections when there are much simpler and dynamic ways to do it. I hope they improve it soon.
