The whole experience was a delightful change from the spiders Web sites of some retailers easy to order great products and prompt delivery i'am very with my purchase and pleased to say I would definitely recommend plant world and will be using them again

Great website listing many hard-to-find and interesting collections

Ordering and checkout was easy. My only disappointment was the seeds that could not be shipped to the United States. I understand that it is not the decision of PWS, but still a disappointment.

As both a new and US-based customer, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carol, one of their representatives. Carol was both courteous and very patient with my many questions as we navigated the USDA permitting process to allow a shipment across the pond. As an avid Gardener’s World watcher, my list included many cultivars I thought were out of reach due to all the red tape and restrictions that most companies in the UK and EU just write off as a loss and do not bother attempting to provide shipments to the US. I am very grateful for everyone at Plant World Seeds for both taking the time and courage to keep shipments open to the US and abroad. And more notably, for keeping representatives such as Carol on the roster that are so incredibly helpful and kind. I’m looking forward to the reopening of fruit and veg orders for US customers as they finalize the process, and hope they’ll notify us when they do! I will absolutely be shopping here again as my list will inevitably grow.

Unfortunately the two packets of seeds what I ordered was very poor germination rate.
I have germinated lots of seeds from other companies with very high success rates.
I contacted plant world seeds about the poor germination rate.

i got my second order and i ordered so many seeds and i received them really quick to Tunisia , good germination rate on most of the plants and amazing packing and labeling with clear full color photos and well listed receipt for all the order .

Truly a wonderful selection of seeds. The online catalog makes for an absorbing read.

Order hasn't dispatched after 12 days of waiting and no response to emails to let me know why. Very disappointing service. I wouldn't recommend using this company to order seeds.

If I had an email to tell me of any delays I would have no problem. They do say in the terms if any issues then they would let customers know.

Yes had the reply yesterday. An email earlier and without me having to get in touch would have been better. As is suggested you do in you terms.
