This is the first time I've used this company and it won't be the last. I ordered these seeds from my usual company and was let down but Plant World Seeds delivered exactly what I needed so quickly. They even enclosed an extra free packet of seeds for something else and there's a discount code to use next time. Satisfied doesn't cover it. Real service at last. No empty promises.

This company has offering that I can't find in the US. When my order from them was lost in the bureaucracy of the US customs they replaced my order and helped me figure out how to work with the US Department of Agricultural and US Customs to insure that. my order would get to me. They are very helpful and I will certainly order from them again!

Not only is the selection of seeds outstanding but the people. I had difficulty with the first order and permits for importing. They took the time to walk me through everything to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend buying from them, I know I will again.

I bought blue poppy seeds from this company and did not understand the customs process to get them shipped to the USA involved a bit of preparation and paperwork on my end. They were so kind to help get me with that and get the seeds despite me bumbling the process a bit! Above and beyond company; I will recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience ordering from Plant World, even when things didn’t go quite as planned at first. My initial order of seeds unfortunately got held up in customs and was ultimately destroyed by the Department of Agriculture. I reached out to Plant World, and Carol quickly responded with all the information I needed, including clear, step-by-step instructions on how to get the proper permit to import seeds from the UK.

Once I had the permit, she promptly sent out a new shipment—no hassle at all. From the time I emailed her about the issue to the day I had the seeds in my hand, it was only about two weeks, which I thought was impressively fast considering the circumstances. Carol was helpful, professional, and quick to respond throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would absolutely order from Plant World again!

Carol walked me through obtaining a small lots of seeds permit from the USDA. US Customs is very strict and having the right permit and labels is a must. Plant World Seeds gave me details instructions on how to obtain a permit and what to provide them so they can ship my seeds to the Plant Inspection Station closest to me. After following the provided instructions my seeds were shipped and via the USDA Plant Inspection Station resent to me.

I have been waiting for over a month to receive my ramie seeds. I sent a message and got a response that it was in customs plus a snap shot of the tracking. A while later I messaged again. I got a reply that I need a permit and and a long process to get just 3 little packs of seeds that I paid for and shipping. I personally think that should be in the description of the listing not after I had bought the items. Very deceptive

I ordered some seeds from plant world and my seeds got delivered to another postbox so I never got them, I emailed plant world about the situation and they sent me a new pack of seeds and also the tracking number so I could track and made sure I got them... Thank Carol you were amazing.

Plant World Seeds company is as good as they come. Very professional; knowledgeable and responsive!
They helped with the process of importing small quantity seeds from outside the USA and the process of using color coded labels for a smooth and quick delivery.
What brought me to their website was the vast list of seeds available and varieties which are hard to find elsewhere. What kept me was their very fair prices and their knowledgeable courteous team! Thank you Carol and all.

They failed to include proper documentation in the packaging and the entire order was seized by US customs. I reached out and gotten no response after a week

My order never arrived, nor is their customer service replying to my enquiries. Scam.

I was excited to try out some of their products, unfortunately I never received them. USPS claims that it was lost and can’t be found but they gave me a refund. They were very communicative. Sad I didn’t get to try out some of their flowers, but that’s life. Just glad that they honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
