Purchased three2-gallon hydrangeas
Purchased three2-gallon hydrangeas, one was damaged very badly during transit. I contacted Plant Addicts the next day and provided pictures. Not only did they respond to my email very quickly, but also replaced the hydrangea. I can totally appreciate great customer service as I myself am also in customer service. Thank you!

Very disappointed
1. Terrible packing. Plant was not secured to the pot. There is an oversized draw string bag around the pot and it is not doing anything to secure the plant. Root ball was sitting outside the pot when it was delivered.
2. Pot size- plant was sent in a 3 gallon pot. Root ball is so small, I could fit it in a quart size pot (I had to replant because root ball was literally sitting outside the pot). Seems like size gouging.
3. I gave 2 stars instead of 1, because plant was healthy. Now hopefully it will survive the trauma 🤞
Hope Plant addict team takes this review seriously and reassess their packaging as well as pot size. Wish I can post photos. I was traumatized looking at the condition of the plant.

I have a balcony garden that gets…
I have a balcony garden that gets morning sun and then shade after noon. After years of planting what I wanted rather than what would flourish in my little ecosystem, I decided to plant begonias this year. Plant Addicts has a fabulous assortment of begonias, ranging from shade to part sun and they are absolutely flourishing! I didn’t know that begonias could be so beautiful!
Each plant arrived in perfect condition, obviously loved from the beginning. No more going to Home Depot and picking up plants that have seen better days. I’ll never buy plants anywhere else
