If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered this product in 2021 through IndieGoGo. I have not received my order, and the company has stopped providing updates or responding to customers. They put out an email several months ago saying they would honor refund requests, but I’ve requested a refund multiple times and have been ignored. I (and many others) got scammed. Don’t let it happen to you.

Ordered in 2021, now it's been over 4 Years. No refund. Product has never arrived. Dozens of other people saying the same. Do not buy.

Was told they were going to ship my order in September 2024. By December I finally realized this is definitely a scam. Was a backer on their Indiegogo campaign. “Backed” this project in 2021 and ordered 2 units. For years they kept sending updates that this product was in development and even started new campaigns while collecting money from new “backers”. Indiegogo finally closed the campaign in 2025 but they were still claiming that they were working on it and said they would start shipping in September 2024. Indiegogo also blocked any additional comments on the campaign but the ones there are damning. Hundreds of people invested in this scam but like me, never received a product and were given false “updates” for years. Now that they don’t have a platform on Indiegogo they made their own site to fleece people out of their money. Also, on their site under FAQs they state that if your order is cancelled it is because their system flags it as fraudulent to try to purchase again using PayPal. REDFLAG. Please also report their Instagram and Facebook as fraudulent accounts/Spam. If enough people do this I am hoping these bad actors will no longer have a platform to defraud customers.

Placed an order in 2023, the website gave no indication it was a preorder for a product that didn't exist. When I checked on the order several months later I saw that the site was updated to reflect the vaporware status. I requested a refund and they refused, just offered a $50 discount, without explaining how I would get a discount on an order they took the money from several months ago, they stopped responding to my emails after I questioned that and insisted on a refund. Fast forward to 2025, their website claims to be shipping the product with 14-day returns, and it's half the price of what I paid in 2023, with a bunch of fake reviews (they haven't bothered to add any reviews since 2024 though), still no product received on my end, and still no response to emails. Can't believe they've been able to get away with this fake product and website for 2 years now.

Ordered through indiegogo and updates have been once or twice a year, shipping has been delayed for almost three years. Company did not deliver to original backers.

Scam. Collected funds and did nothing but write a few blog posts. Unresponsive regarding requests for a new delivery date (original is two years past).

THIS IS A SCAM! Please do not buy. You will lose your money.

I am one of KORU's randomly selected beta testers. The setup of KORU and its plant was quite straight forward. I found the Snake plant in the App, gave my device a name (Balu) and connected to my local wifi. The air purification turned on when it detected unhealthy air quality, mostly when I had candles on or cooked. For the automated plant care, of course it took some time until my Snake plant needed water and I was out of the house when the sprinkler turned on. But I could see it on the App. I am very happy with KORU so far and will keep testing its abilities. I had a few comments on the App and the Team worked on fixing it right away. I recommend the product to all health conscious people and plant lovers.
