I’ve just finished a 1 hour consultation with Rachel and all I can say is I can’t wait to get started! Rachel was so friendly, informative, accommodating- overall just a great meeting that has helped me get ideas and practical advice to get started and build a vision. Rachel shared images and possible plans of what things might work in my space, discussed plants, placement, and innovative solutions for things like privacy etc.
The hour went by too fast!
Thank you Rachel; I really appreciate your time and expertise.

Rachel makes you feel listened and is highly perceptive to where you are at (muddled and unsure) she gave me questions to go and consider before going into a contract with her.
I recommend Rachel as she is an honourable lady such a rare quality today and I will come back to her once we've thought about her questions.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Rachel listened to the challenges I was experiencing and designed a planting plan for my front garden borders. I love it and I would fully recommend Plant Plots!

Rachel provides a wonderful and very reasonably priced service. We had the hard landscaping in place, but no idea about the plants we needed. We sent Rachel photos and a plan which she used as the basis for the design. After a phone call to discuss, she provided a great visualisation. It was exactly what we wanted and something we would never have achieved ourselves. We now have a detailed planting plan and list.
I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a garden design service.

I had an initial consultation with Rachel, which was fantastic and inspiring. Based on our discussion I went ahead and commissioned Rachel to do a full garden design for us.

I could not be happier with the result. What Rachel has created for us is truly wonderful. She does so much:

1) She created a brilliant design, which was perfect and met our brief in every way
2) She provided every technical detail we will need to work with the landscaper, including precise measurements (paths, sitting areas, lawn, beds, etc), so there is no guess work
4) She provided visualisations, which were very helpful to see what the end result would be
5) She delivered an incredibly comprehensive, detailed, specific planting plan, so that we know exactly how many plants to buy and where to plant them
6) She asked lots of questions throughout the process to ensure we were happy at each stage
7) She provided really helpful general advice

Rachel is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so insightful and responsive to our brief. She combines artistic vision with a very precise technical focus. She has vast expertise and an encyclopaedic knowledge of plants, sequencing, etc. It seems incredible to me that she was able to do what she did without actually visiting our house, but completing the project remotely (I am in Edinburgh, Rachel in Sussex) was effortless and worked brilliantly.

I also feel that we got amazing value for the price Rachel charged. Without her design, we would probably waste time and money on landscaping errors or buying unsuitable plants, so I am sure it will save us money in the long run. Most importantly, we will have a garden which we “co-created” with an expert. We will really enjoy the process of bringing it to life, using Rachel’s blueprint, and watching it develop in the coming years.

Rachel is a superstar and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Rachel offers a fabulous and cost effective service - I was feeling overwhelmed by our new garden, knowing what I wanted but not being able to see how we could get there. Rachel listened, suggested, informed and then created a lovely design with clear planting and subsequent care information, with a wealth of helpful and up to date knowledge about hard landscaping materials and where to find them. Rachel offers a great online garden design service which makes having your own garden designed by a professional both affordable and accessible. Rachel was very responsive to our brief and really listened to what outcome we were hoping to achive with the design. Our feedback was incorporated into the design process and the final design was produced in a realy timely fashion. We are really happy with the result and can't wait to get planting! We would definitely recommend Rachel's service to others.

We’ve renovated our terrace and have 4 big planters that we want to look really nice. After a lot of books and online research we were feeling overwhelmed at the choices and stumbled on this website which seemed like the perfect solution.

We had a consultation with Rachel and she was great, asking lots of questions and listening to what we’d like. The plan she came up with looks amazing and we’re really looking forward to getting stuck in now. The project feels much more achievable with a good plant design!

Rachel gave me great design advice that will create a garden I know I’ll love. She came up with a plan I would never have thought up but makes total sense. I had a consultation session today with Rachel and it was brilliant. I had been feeling quite lost with my garden. Rachel asked helpful questions and gave me some new tools to think about how to choose plants and how to place them to get different effects. She has helped me to feel confident and enjoy the process of improving the garden. Highly recommended.

I did just that - read many garden books, invited landscape designers and was never satisfied, because they did not listen to what I wanted to achieve and what my idea was. Rachel has proved to be an extraordinary consultant - giving advice from long distance and catching on instantly to what was important to me, what my garden situation was and offering valuable easy implementable solutions!

Came across Plantpots when searching google for ideas on how to redesign my small garden. I stumbled across Rachel’s site looking for tips to address our very overlooked garden. Having very little gardening knowledge or skill I felt quite overwhelmed with how I could make something of the space without making costly mistakes. Having subsequently invested in Rachel’s time and expertise we are now on the way to achieving something much more special, and whilst we are doing the work gradually we can already see the differences emerging.
Rachel’s passion was obvious, and she was enthusiastic and client focussed every step of the way. It has made such a difference to us to be able to benefit from this expertise without spending tens of thousands on a company coming in to design and perform a full makeover.
