-plant delivered anyway, even though order was canceled. Since it was a gift, no way to return it (had already replaced through another company, so gift recipient got 2 plants).
Flowers arrived
Flowers arrived, looking "old, dried out". Sent our daughter a photo, she in turn contacted you, and I'm told new fresher flowers are on the way. For the Customer Service demonstrated, you get 6 stars. My wife and daughter are now happy with their experience with your company. Thank You!!
Empty Resolution
Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the product I purchased. I contacted customer service who stated they would provide a coupon for a future purchase - which I never received. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

The plant received was in good shape, but it was 5-6" shorter than the description. Just wish it had been taller / as described.

Paid for a larger, more established plant...the one I received was so small and not even in the container that was shown on the website. Customer service did send me a replacement but that one was in even worse shape. Was not packaged well, half of the dirt from the pot was all over the box. Such a mess. Will not buy from them again. Had a lot of success from other websites to purchase indoor plants.

Quality Service - Great Plants - Quality Assurance Department Sucks
Ordered a heart bamboo for my wife. The first one came with a cracked vase (with no damage to the shipping container). The second one that customer service sent, the bamboo arrived with the hearts undone. Quality plants, customer service was great at helping me out, but the packaging and shipping department is terrible at verifying quality before shipping.
