I've ordered from p4p before which was…
I've ordered from p4p before which was a gift for my mum and she was so happy with it. I purchased a lemon tree for my self this time and although it arrived in a nice big box and the base was fairly well protected , unfortunately the branches and fruit was so protected.
Both of the lemons were in the bottom of the box and one of them still had part of a branch attached to it.
It's a good size and has nice healthy leaves but I was really sad to see two good sized lemons broken off in transit. An idea might be some netting to keep the branches of these citrus trees more together and less likely to be bash around as we know that most delivery companies do not treat with care even though the items are stickered up.
Fingers crossed I get some nice lemons later in the year 🤞

It's huge! The plant that is. My new lemongrass is just as described and more. Carefully packaged and was looking cheerful on delivery, which was carefully and professionally carried out. The ordering process was easy and the delivery prompt.

Great plants and customer service.
As always, Plants4Presents offered a great service with my recent purchase of chilli plants, and they are very happily thriving at home. Ordering was easy and much useful info in description and plant care. Images were of real plants so I knew what I was expecting to receive. Great care taken with plants, quick dispatch, plants were boxed up well and wrapped in brown paper and green tissue paper. The delivery service and care in packaging items securely are highly valued. Despite the courier returning a plant back to Plants4Presents without any details, customer service resolved this delay very quickly and sent out a replacement for next day delivery. I was pleased to speak to a real person over the phone and not a chat bot for assistance. Plants4Presents have been my go-to for a great variety of plants over the years. Thank you!

Kafir lime tree smells so good
The plant itself is amazing and the personalised message made my wife cry. There were a few broken branches on arrival so maybe the courier service could be a bit better. Fingers crossed the plant likes the climate in sunny Manchester

Package arrived as a birthday present for my sister. It was badly damaged, I would think by travelling through Royal Mail.

Disappointed
I. Paid an extra £10 for next day delivery and they didn’t arrive until the day after the special day. The lady on customer services did apologise and offered to refund the £10. I have always found them excellent in the past.
