Ordered and paid for a plant listed as in stock; received confirmation but nothing delivered after a couple of weeks so emailed company - they advised due to time of year they had none to supply but the order would be processed 'in the spring'. Still waiting over 8 months later. Avoid.

Plants ordered and paid for but didn't arrive. Company not replying to emails. No phone number available. Zero customer care. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely no customer service what so ever .My plants were sent to a completely different address than the one I gave them.So someone else has the plants!!!
The company do not reply to emails/contact or rarely .When they did they basically said it was my fault .£70 down the drain . I will take this further.It’s not the money .They should not be allowed to do this to people.

Don't buy from this company! Their water lilies are rubbish, the plants are not at all established. I ordered the larger pot, yes I got a larger pot but the lily was a sorry looking plant with a couple of leaves. I paid £29 for each plant.
Buy your pond plants from Pond Plant Growers Direct, they are real value for money and are £25 per plant. Just brought some and the plants have buds on and in one day they have opened up!

Ordered goods on 22nd May (items were in stock according their website). I had an email order confirmation stating goods would be sent within 1-3 days. As at 3rd June, I have still not received the items. I have emailed 3 times and not had the courtesy of a reply. Very poor service.....actually, no service at all!
