I cannot believe I payed £8 plus postage for a leaf and a half. The half leaf is so badly damaged I doubt it will survive. This tiny plant was sent in a massive box . Complete waste of my money .

We maybe misjudged how big this would be as so often what you order online is smaller than the image, but we received a well-packaged, beautiful elkhorn fern that we will absolutely treasure. If any feedback, more updates on progress of order is always good, but if that's not possible without adding to the cost, we are totally happy. Will use you again as the plants are clearly well looked after and care is taken to get them to get them to people in good condition

I’m absolutely delighted with my plant. The team were fantastic from start to finish – especially Oliver, who replied to my questions quickly and made sure I received a beautifully variegated albo. It arrived safe, warm, and perfectly packaged, complete with a heat pack as the weather was particularly cold at the time.

After a few weeks to settle in, the plant is thriving with no issues at all. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Plants for All Seasons.

Non reliable business. Ordered on 1st of February, the order was not dispatched as next day delivery. No communication explaining why. On the 4th Feb I reached out and they said it would be dispatch to be delivered on the 6th. The courier sent a message saying the order is delayed and they will delivery in a date after this was supposed to be a gift. What’s the point of charging next day delivery? Completely misleading.

Really impressed with my plant. Was priced in the sale. Extremely well packaged. Lush green healthy leaves. Will certainly be ordering again.

It’s very rare that you can find not only a trustworthy online store, but also one that provides incredible customer service and excellent quality plants. Ordered nearly £300 in plants, and issues were encountered with damages purely due to the delivery handler, but the the Plant for all season team had made the effort to reach out (multiple times, check your junk boxes), and kindly offered replacements to all damaged plants. Really appreciate the continued efforts and replacements, shout out to Oliver!

Recently made an order of a much obsessed alocasia venom, upon receipt had been evidently hit hard by the recent cold or transit. However plantsforallseason team went above and beyond and secured me another and made sure of its health by looking after it for a day or two and then packing her up super well and warm

They have a 1-3 ‘express delivery’ but it is more like 10 days. Another thing, i ordered an imperial green plant but instead received an imperial red. Avoid this company if you want a prompt delivery.

Beautiful plants, so much better than you see in DIY stores. I had a problem with my delivery and DHL kicked the box around for a week before I got them. However, I got replacements for the damaged plants quickly and am very happy with the service. I recommend their aspidistras particularly.

Safety arrival. Great plant, the plant is very healthy and is the right size to start off with. I am very happy with the plant and great service.

What a beautiful plants i just got from them. Ordered on the 1st of January and i emailed them about adding heat packs to my order on the 4th and they responded within a day and delivered it today the 6th of January. The plants are beautiful and healthy. The only thing is i would expect them to wrap the plants better since the weather is around -2 degrees in here.

I ordered a Strelitzia Nicolai Bird of Paradise House Plant (140 -160cm) three days ago and it arrived earlier today. . . I've never seen such an immaculate plant! WOW, WOW, WOW! I'm totally speechless and amazed at the quality. For this reason I'm buying two more!
In addition to this, Oliver (owner) has been absolutely amazing in regards to customer service - I only wish more companies would be like this!

All of my last delivery arrived in boxes that were bashed up, and consequently one of the tall plants (4 foot) was in pretty poor shape when it arrived.

I took photos and emailed them. After 3 days, I got a response which was an offer of a 25 percent refund, or to return the plant. Apparently they can only get a 25 percent refund from DPD, so that's what I was offered. Wow!

The box was in already in a state, and had to be cut apart even more by myself (due to the ridiculous way they ship them), so it was not able to be used to return the plant. A few emails went back and forth. In the end, they stopped replying so I could no longer return the plant, and I didn't get any form of refund. Needless to say, the plant hasn't made it.

I've had issues with the four out five orders from them, and this was their last chance. I won't order from them again. I will stick to grow tropicals, who have a much better reputation, and don't ship plants so you need a degree in box engineering to get them out!

ordered quite an expensive variation of the thai con, image showed a well fenestrated and leafy plant. plant arrived and was nothing like that. had 4 leaves, barely even 1ft tall and to make it worse after a week one of the leaves just rotted at the head and fell off. customer service assistant named Harriet was totally unhelpful, just the usual ‘browning is bound to happen’ which obviously i know, but not to this extent. offered a 25% discount on the one plant in an order totalling over £70 which i refuted but they did anyway without any reply to me trying to dispute it. really unhappy. i even offered to send it back to exchange it but this wasn’t even acknowledged. wont be buying from here again which is a shame because last year the quality was great.

The plant was in perfect condition, beautifully wrapped and delivered to my requested date. The firm responded to my email within hours and ensured that I received the goods promptly as they were for a gift the following weekend.
The plant was perfect and the customer service is the best that I have had in a long time. Well done!

I purchased a package of 9 plants from Plants for all Seasons and sent a mail asking if I could have cat safe plants. Although my cats nont pay any attention to them I'd rather be safe. I got a lovely mail confirming that all my plants would be non toxic to cats but I may bet some duplicates just because they didn't have that many.
I was more than happy with this and when my plants arrived they were gorgeous, so fresh and lunch with bright healthy folliage. There were indeed some duplicates but they were different species of Prayer Plants so they all had different colours which pleased me immensely as I wasn't expecting that.
There are a couple of plants that I still want to get and since they aren't cat safe I'll be hanging them.
Plants for all Seasons will be my go to company when I want to buy plants.
