Terrible
Worst service ever
After purchasing the plasma elite pen I was told by Fran she was closing the company and I had purchased the last pen (which I also purchased £300 worth of probes)
On receipt of the delivery I chose to return the plasma pen and purchase from a more reputable seller who I was able to contact if any issues in future etc. I returned the items and am currently fighting with PayPal for my refund of approximately £2,300!!!!
The item has been received and still no refund
Fran got very nasty because PayPal had closed to open a case to cover me as there customer and she was convinced I was trying to gain 2 lots of money????
2 lots being -
1 transaction for the pen
2nd transaction for the probes
The ONLY way for my refund is via PayPal
She also has another website she is trading from for medical supplies which I will add to this review
