These are reasonably priced and fairly sturdy transparent storage boxes. First double order arrived very well packed in a medium sized cardboard box (easily foldable for moving house/office). Unfortunately the bottom two were cracked and holed-so maybe they’d been dropped in the factory or warehouse previously and this had escaped notice. It was easy to email and they soon refunded me, so ‘have ordered a double quantity again. It is quite difficult to get this manageable size (19L?) in clear plastic crates. All orders arrived very well packed and promptly.

Very quick deliver
Very quick deliver. Order arrived well packed in two boxes. This is a very good retailer for WHAM pots and planters.

Zero Customer Service and Update 2 Stars
Incorrect Lid Sizes Received, Zero Customer Service Available, phoned no answer, message left. Customer Service Email bounced back twice, Main Shop Email went through. Had to get PayPal to step in (time of writing, still ongoing)
Update
Once the 1 Star review was noticed Customer Service got in contact. The agent I was dealing with was helpful in getting a return and refund sorted. Also linking to the correct lids, of which I had to order separate to the return. Thus effectively making the refund null and void due to postage.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your order. I've had a look and I can't find any emails from you at all under the email address from your order so we're concerned you've emailed the incorrect email address as we also only have the one email address (there's no separate customer service and main shop email address). I've sent you an email directly to the email address on your order if you could get back to us so we can look into this for you.
Update: After speaking with you over email, we confirmed that one of the contact emails/numbers you had was actually not for us, but for a different company which was why it was being unanswered, but the other contact email you had was an unused email that was incorrectly linked on the Shopify receipt - we've passed this on to IT to update so we can only apologise for the issue with some of the emails going unread.
For the lids, as you'd unfortunately ordered the incorrect lids rather than us sending the wrong lids, we were unable to offer a free collection, but we did advise the correct lids and offered a collection or for you to return them via your own courier which may have been cheaper.
We're sorry we were unable to provide a great experience on this occasion, but we're pleased we've managed to get this sorted for you and you've now got the correct lids.
