Some ridicilously high prices give the project an elitist stink
Some products are ridiculously overpriced and do not relate to the actual price of the materials. It really hurts the movement and turns the project of plastic free living into an elitist spectacle. If it wasn't for having had voucher from my company I had not bought what I did. Some products are reasonably priced and make sense after all though! Just throw out the BS.

It is very clear what you are buying and products are shipped quickly. I especially appreciate the clever use of sustainable packaging to keep breakables in tact without using huge boxes.
Two ways to improve the experience. First, when items are offered in multiple sizes it can be difficult to judge what size you need. One way PFA can help is to use relatable images, for example, how do bottle sizes compare against the size of an adult hand? Second, as your customer base expands, it will be really helpful to see more customer reviews of products. Taste and judgment varies, however, user based reviews can give insights beyond product specs that are really useful to the shopper experience.

Period pants that improved my life
Perfect discovery! I bought period pants. I am very happy with the product, except the guide was a little helpful. I've got recommendation to get medium flow pants, but it was not enough. I would rather buy heavy flow pair for a day. I found washing this type on cloth is bit tricky. I washed them twice to get rid of the smell. But despite all these, the benefits are huge! Very comfortable to use and secure.
