I ordered a heavy perspex coffee table. It arrived really quickly, it was extremely well packaged and the table is such good quality. Would recommend this company highly.

We have just received a bespoke perspex cover for a small train set from this company. Mark advised a week to make and deliver and he was spot on. Avoid This Company

Purchased 2 mirror sheets, installed to what was recommended on company website. Took plastic fil of and noticed a scratch for one, and secondly the mirror was defected, and was like being at a circus.

Made contact the following to only receive a patronising email saying it's my fault and I have installed it correctly. They didn't even asked how it was installed. Sent them another reply and was sent yet another rude email stating in the history of the business has been going, they have never had an item scratched and do not accept responsibility and to basically go away!

Have sent them several photos but not the slightest bit interest.

They have not even asked me how they were installed, for clarity as per the guidance on their website, they were sent photos of a spirit level showing the items were in fact installed dead straight. The scratch wasn't mentioned as I assumed they would have some common sense and acknowledge the main damage.

The initial response was.. You have not installed these correctly and sent me the instruction as per the order page.. Rude and abrupt. I then sent a second email and got the same rude replies.

My threatening email was if you wont resolve this issue I will leave a review and let the general public aware of your poor customer services, hardly threatening is it.

As you can see the response back to the review was rude and aggressive.

I contacted the guys here as I needed a custom design for a weir box for an aquarium I've been building, sent over a design which included custom cut outs and within a week had it and it was perfect! Highly recommend these guys for any custom cutting you need!
