Really long story but essentially I ordered the wrong part and returned it via DPD for a refund. Never got a refund even after providing tracking info a photo of delivery.
Called to speak to customer services who talked over me constantly when I tried to explain. I started to talk over them so I could get my point across and they said they would end the call because I was too aggressive. Then received an email to say that the call was ended because I was aggressive and that I needed to speak to DPD because it was their problem?
I wouldn't use them again.

Hi there, unfortunately we did not receive this delivery - it was said to be delivered around 3:40pm but we close at 1:30pm on a Friday, and it was apparently signed by a member of staff who was on holiday that day. The proof of delivery DPD provided isn't enough for us to confirm, and we have not found your package anywhere on our property. All we can ask is that you contact DPD to open an investigation into this as you are the sender. Our staff reserve the right to end any call which makes them feel uncomfortable. Please let us know if the DPD investigation provides any clarity on your delivery. If they are able to complete the delivery and we receive the returned order, we will issue your refund.

Brilliant company to deal with i have used them a few times but yesterday 3 straight connectors were missing .Called them around 15:00 polite well spoken lady arranged for the parts to be sent out and explained that they may not get delivered till Monday which i was happy with however parts were delivered around 9 this morning all i can say is excellent customer service

Ordered 2x5m plastic pipe, payed over £8 delivery, and the second day I got an email that my pipes will be cut in 1.2m. why would someone buy long pipe to be delivered in pieces? For £18 they would deliver full leny.
I cancelled the order, no refund issued.

We are sorry to see that you feel this way about our carriage prices. Our carriage prices are based on 3 factors that the customer selects at the checkout stage: delivery time (Next Day Delivery or 2-3 Day Delivery), the length of the pipe ordered, and whether it’s being shipped to a residential or business address. These factors are what the delivery companies charge our company on.
It is really important to us that we keep our carriage prices as low as we can for our customers. In doing this, we currently do not make any profit from our carrier services. Therefore, depending on which checkout options our customer picks, determines the overall carriage price they pay at checkout.
At checkout, you had selected for the full-length pipe products to be cut into smaller lengths, this reduces the shipping cost. We then sent over an email confirmation of your checkout selection – this is when it became known that there was an ordering mistake. We appreciate you letting us know about the situation. I can confirm that we processed a full refund for your order at that time.

First class service.
Really first class company to deal with.
I'm not a plumber and was looking for parts and information for a non standard setup at home that I wanted to fix properly once and for all. I've probably already had 3 or 4 deliveries from this company to support my project.
This review is based on:
- Availability of product
- Time to deliver
- Advice
- Resolution to issues.
Availability of Product:
The website, though a little dated does have a wealth of information. Especially useful is the various internal/external diameter of products, which for me was invaluable. Bob and his YouTube videos were so super helpful too and really guided me in the right direction.
Time to deliver:
All deliveries were complete and on time.
Advice:
I was really stuck on which connector I needed. I emailed the company and got a really quick and helpful reply from Rowena with info and links as to the part I needed. I would have ordered the wrong part without the info.
Resolution of issues:
I did have a delivery of pipe that was metric and not the expected imperial size. I emailed the company regarding the issue and Charlene responded in less than five minutes and they sent the missing pipe on overnight delivery.
I can't speak highly enough of plasticpipeshop. Really helped me to resolve an issue of some dodgy plumbing that I'd inherited from the previous owner.
