I wish I could give NO STARS!! I ordered Plasticplace Contractor Trash Bags 55-60 Gallon - 3.0 Mil, Clear Heavy Duty Garbage Bag 38" x 58" (25 Count) on October 13th, 2024. Here’s their response TWO WEEKS LATER after promising two-day shipping:
**Hi Robin, Thank you for your order. I apologize for the delay. We are closed from October 17th to October 27th in observance of Succos. (Sukkot is Festival of Tabernacles) We will ship your order upon our return on October 28th. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
**NO INFORMATION WARNING US OF THEIR SHUTDOWN FOR THEIR JEWISH HOLIDAYS!! Plus, we ordered it 4 days before their Holidays began! I drove 3.3 miles to Northern Tools and bought the same spec bags for $10 less.
