Terrible experience

Dr. Grawe is so sweet. She sincerely listens to the way you would like for your body to look. She is also honest and will tell you what is a good idea or what should be reconsidered. I am eager to have my surgery and I trust Dr. Grawe and I know she will do a great job tweaking anything during surgery to enable me to reach my goal.

I really appreciated how kind and willing to help the person was who took my call. I was actually able to find a little more information on my own. For example, I found a doctor that she originally did not. But it was great customer service and still helpful.

The information I was given was not correct

Very nice service, but, she is crystal clear in message.....Kathy and I selected a Dr.,from the list, and I don't remember receiving the complete info..City, Dr. Name etc.emailed. I would like to view this material I need it, I don't have your email address. Was surprised at conclusion I'll try to call you IN A YEAR. wHO DO i CONTACT IF I NEED m.d. SERVICES SOONER? i HAVE NOTHING ON YOU. pLEASE SEND MY DOCTOR CHOICE INFO SO ME AND MY 14 YEAR OLD IMPLANTS BE READY.

Great customer service over the phone, but be ready to ask the right questions, as they have hidden services that can break the bank:)
For example: stomach area....one part? Wrong, they charge for lower/ upper/ In between all separate charge=$$$$$$$$

The scheduler made it sound so interesting and so me that I had to go a head and make the appointment soon. I exercise twice daily (once morning/evening) the results seems to come very, very slow. Therefore I am willing to try something else as long as it's not surgery. I can't wait, I am excited to begin.

She was kind considerate and knowledgeable. I do have some additional questions regarding other services but I can not find where the telephone number she provided is...

Lots of information available on the site and they were very helpful over the phone. I definitely recommend it to anyone considering plastic surgery.
