My item was delivered today without any warning and was just left on the street next to the Townhall where it should have been delivered to.
I am not happy with this service at all, as my item was close to being taken away.
I've taken photos of where this was left, and this should not happen.

Product shipped in between mdf to ensure it arrived undamaged and received quickly. Acoustock was dense and easy to cut. Nice colours and uniform.

Disappointing
Items are posted well protected in MDF. Couriers selected are ok. Customer service great.
I shop with them every so often, PTFE sheets are expensive and often comes with at most minor scratches and dirt or even a footprint.
However, on this occasion sent out of warehouse with half inch dent in it. I expect sheets to be perfect in condition. Cutting service, you can't just tell them to halve it, they expect the cutting to be calculated even for this, they also scam you of off cuts unless you clearly state these to be sent to you.

Don't expect them to be even vaguely intelligent.
You have to buy the whole sheet. I thought that when I asked for it to be cut into 4 pieces that would leave a similar sized chunk at one end plus offcuts there would be the 5th piece. Well what a silly assumption. The 4 peices seem to have been cut from the centre of each quarter sheet leaving just small offcuts from around the edges, what a waste of material.
My address was incomplete and the DPD man had to ring me to get my house number. I have contacted them about it but no response.
I won't be ordering again.

Really quick turnaround and useful cutting service.
Really quick turnaround on 100mm clear acrylic tubing, and the optional tube cutting service was most useful, something I wouldn’t have been able to achieve easily myself.
I’ll definitely be back again for acrylic tubing for other projects.
