I'll be back!
I ordered a "Heat to Eat" kit from Plateaway and received it a couple of days later having received a one hour delivery window from the courier. So far, so good. Upon opening the packaging, everything was perfectly presented. I particularly liked the wooden spoon that came with the kit - that was a nice touch.
The first evening, we cooked the Chicken Tikka and flatbreads. I can quite comfortably say that these were the best flatbreads I've ever had!
The next evening, we had Truffle Chicken Tagliatelle and a tomato, olive and caper salad. The salad was soooo good and the truffle chicken... well, let's just say I'll be ordering it all again!

Ordered 2 gift vouchers on the 1st…
Ordered 2 gift vouchers on the 1st December to be emailed on 25th December as they were xmas presents. Instead they emailed them straight away so totally ruined their surprise which was poor...when contacted they said it was all googles fault but wasn't because totally different times. Offering me 10% off next order and not saying anything else after I asked them to look further into it doesn't really look like a company who cares that they can't honour their gift voucher policies.

After some issues with the order around christmas due to delivery companies, placed another order and the service was good , content came with proper instructions.
