Email automation, segmenting and tagging really help manage leads and customers. The business dashboards give a visual snapshot of your analytics, sales and more. Including key tools to manage your business in one platform is really useful.

It really helps me manage my digital business more effectively. With additions like link tracking and events, it's literally is your all-in-one business automation and tracking tool.

It's also great value to get started. I'm using this tool to manage the key elements of my business, and have been using it for more than a year.

Platformly is a very intuitive and simple to use CRM with automation that suits all types of business. It is packed with features that are similar to any leading marketing automation platforms but at a fraction of the price and very stable and simple to use!

I saved big time by being to cancel my subscription to 3 different services as they are all under the PLY platform. That's a saving in itself. It also means I no longer have to login into multiple platforms. Now I can track my leads, follow up on missed leads and saves time to train our team systemize our sales process.

It's a multifunctional platform with lead generation, email lists creation, email automation, link tracking.
Overall, with zapier integration, I'm very satisfied by what it can provide.

I am running email automation campaign for my clients by using platformly and it work great. I highly recommend this tool if you are looking CRM and EDM system.

Platfomly is a fantastic all-in-one marketing automation platform.

What I love about it the most is the fact that it combines all the pieces needed for email marketing automation. Opt-in forms, Landing pages, email, templates, tags, automation. And the best part is the CRM which is one of the best I've seen for this type of application. It keeps everything I need to know about my contacts so I can refer to it anytime and market better to my audience.

I would've like to have more flexibility in customizing the opt-in forms. And more templates. I would've liked more landing page templates being added with time but this seems to be a much lower priority for the platform founders.

This is a great tool and offers a lot of functionality and value. Make sure you know all that you are aware of everything that is being offered by the tool in order to pick the right plan. This can replace other software products that you are currently using and save you a lot of money.

I was using Performable and they were acquired by HubSpot and added to their enterprise offering. Then I switched to Drip. I switch from Drip after they were acquired and went to Platformly. I hope Platformly doesn't get acquired and raise the price or reduce customer support because I'm very happy with it.

The key for me is the robustness of the contact records with custom records, the ability to populate them via Zapier, Webhooks, or native integrations such as Convertful, and then being able to use all those fields in email templates that you can automate.

Platformly gives you both a simple drip type automation or a visual workflow that you can use for complex automation and they provide lots of triggers and methods to fire off an automation such as adding to segment, removing tags, link clicks, purchases, etc.

Lastly they have a reliable delivery gateway you can use or you can use your own custom smtp email gateway, so this again allows for complex drip sequences.

They do offer a lot more than just marketing automation. I don't use the landing page and form builders and stuff like that. When I took a look it wasn't as powerful or intuitive as the other products I use. I prefer to integrate what I currently use for those features with Platformly.

the most useful features for me is the option to been able to create a repeatable sales process that will automatically send emails whenever a lead moves from one stage to the next.

Secondly the most usefull feature is the Link Tracking feature is one the top notch features that I love.

And yes, the pricing match the queality of the product.

In my experience I knew about the software thru a facebook group and I managed to be on a live webinar and that gave the opportunity to know (before I purchased it) everything that it could do. And I`m loving it every minute that i use it.

I bought Platformly few months ago to automate emails for my Saas platform. I found it a little bit hard to use at the beginning but when I understood it I saw the potentiel and the unlimited functionalities that I can use. We're already planning to start using their forms and reports to better understand our sales.

PROS

Nice clean design with an excellent feature set that can handle all of our digital marketing needs including link tracking, CRM functions, lead management, and lead capture. The reports are powerful and support is solid. The product is actively developed. Features and updates seem to be rolled out regularly.

CONS

The learning curve is steep for someone who is new to digital marketing. There are so many features it is hard to know where to begin. Also, the terminology and setup can be complicated. I wish there was a EILI5 version of a get started tutorial.

Incredible marketing automation tool. I use Platformly for email automation, as a CRM, and I LOVE the possibility to see my KPIs numbers on the dashboard.
With Platformly you can create very advanced segmentation with lists and tags and not only this you can create your add your custom field and use it for segmentation too.

Platformly is really impressive. It's very intuitive there is no learning path in comparison with MailChimp ( in Mailchimp i still, after years working with it, looking where to add new tags).

So far, so good:)
(not putting 5 stars just because I haven't used it much, and I think, as anything, there is always a space for improvement)

Excellent product and team. Looking forward to seeing what new updates and features come to Platform.ly. If you run any business, PLY can solve most of your problems with their robust system.

the market for crm, marketing automation, email marketing etc can be overwhelming....where to start and what product to use...For SAAS, software and other SMB's we have a tip...
Have a good look at Platformly...we are very happy with it and belief it has the potential to become 1 of the major business automation vendors.
Just get a free trail and spend some time trying it out...you will not be disappointed!
