Paid in LTC for a digital product that didn’t work. The seller had over 15,000 positive reviews, which made it seem legit — but it was a trap. They promised to refund 80%, then only offered about 50% and ghosted.

The admin is racist, I had good sales going on but he banned me because I'm muslim. I had not a single negative review, he bans me for no reason and keeps the other seller who sells the same thing with 10+ negative reviews.

Tried to buy left 4 dead 2 Xbox account, for $5 and the guy took hours to reply back and didn’t follow his instructions he had listed prior to me buying. Refused to follow thru.

So far no refund. Let’s see how long this takes if I even get it.

I'm a new seller in their, i have sold some products, recently i sold a product to a customer, customer had some problem and contacted me, i offered him a replacement and he agreed, i provided him the replacement and he was happy, he leave a positive feedback for the order.
after a week plati contacted me and asked me to refund the buyer! i asked them why should i refund the buyer? they say i deceived the buyer! i asked them how did i deceived the buyer? did he complained you guys? they say no! then i said the buyer is happy with the replacement, he even left a positive feedback. how did i deceived then? they didn't answer this time!
Instead they blocked my account and fund!
now not even answering me!
stop using this platform, these are dishonest, thief.

I want to warn all potential users and sellers about the extremely negative experience I had on the Plati platform. Recently, I was permanently banned as a seller on this platform for the first time.

In my opinion, the reason for the permanent ban was unfair. It could have been easily resolved through a dialogue with support, but I was not given any opportunity to discuss or rectify the situation. They simply wiped out all my accumulated reputation, sales, and loyal customers with one stroke.

Furthermore, on Plati, there are sections where listing an item results in the platform taking huge percentages — almost up to 50%! This is simply unacceptable for sellers who aim to earn honestly from their products.

If my offense was indeed considered significant, I had long since apologized and was ready to correct the situation. However, even this did not help.

I want to warn everyone: if you plan to trade on plati or use this platform for other purposes, choose another platform. You can be permanently banned for the slightest offense, without any chance to explain or rectify. Remember, even in prison, people are sentenced for a specific term, not forever. Here, you can lose everything without warning and without a chance for recovery.

It should also be noted that to receive more favorable treatment as a seller, you need to invest huge amounts of money, up to $100 a day. I was investing around $30-40 a day, and even that didn't save me. Additionally, to have normal sales, you need to invest a lot of money in advertising. Without significant investments, your products simply won't be noticed.

Do not repeat my mistakes and choose more reliable and fair platforms for your activities.

This site is good if you choose good sellers. I recommend you look at their scores, refund to amount sold ration & reviews. Also always contact sellers they may help(if warranty is included), if they don't help you can always contact site admins. I had experience with both of those and its quite positive.

Have brought at least 5 different items on site. Everything was great. Super cheap.

It's very good and cheap. You just need to buy from trusted sellers...
