Platinum had fitted our new kitchen in August 2024, so when we were looking at bathrooms this year we wanted to include them on our list of places to get quotes from………it ended up being the only quote!!
Martin came to look at the bathroom and give us some ideas, some of which we hadn’t thought about but made so much sense! He made an appointment for us to visit the showroom and look at the 3D plans and the materials and furniture we would prefer. He then gave us the quote and after a quick chat between ourselves we decided to go ahead there and then. It was everything we wanted so there was no need to look elsewhere.
Darryl was our fitter and came along a few days before just to make sure there wasn’t any glitches. Darryl is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced and did a brilliant job, he even suggested a slight alteration to the plan once he had taken the old bathroom out which made a big difference and looks great.
From my experience I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for kitchens or bathrooms and a massive thank you to Martin and Darryl for making it seamless and stress free.

Martin made the experience of shopping for new bathroom items very pleasant. He asked what we wanted and planned the new position of the equipment so well.
