I booked Trenchard Travel through platinumcars for a Heathrow trip. The service was smooth, and the driver arrived on time. The vehicle was comfortable, and communication was good. However, there were minor hiccups, like route preferences not being accommodated. Overall, an average experience – decent but with room for improvement.

Only £35 from RG40 to Heathrow in First-rate taxis nice fleet of Mercedes-Benz'..'Local taxicabs metered from station rank cost £76 for the exact same journey in Peugeot Teppees.. Immaculately dressed taxi drivers come directors Bilal Muhammad & Azam Muhammad & Azeem Muhammad are cordials ..Fresh from pakiStans dressed in their wedding suits sets a great impression.. they are rigorously trained so they love Chatting us back there and take prides giving helping hands carrying all luggages for extra miles satisfactions. Professionalism and customer service skills such great value for money

We used Platinum Cars for a very early pickup and journey to Heathrow T5, and collection/pickup from QE2 Cruise Terminal, Southampton. On both journeys the drivers were courteous, helpful and friendly. Stress free! Which is what you want at the beginning and end of a trip.
