Installation.of my solar system was a profesional job well done.

Tristan and his team removed an old air conditioning system in a difficult access and installed the replacement unit with professionalism and in a timely manner. The team were very organised, efficient and polite throughout. They tested and cleaned up after the unit was installed. I thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use their services again should I require that form of specialist services.

My parents have lived in their house for over 50 years and struggled to find reliable tradespeople. I think Platinum Electricians (located in the hills district) are 'the one'. They are Covid friendly and give quotes over the phone for standard jobs like installing a light fitting (which are verified on site), they turn up on time, they do the job quickly and clean up after they are gone. I didn't realise Platinum Electricians were a nationwide business because they have a local feel to them and great customer service. I'd like to give a special shout out to Peter Kovacevic (and his apprentice) who has come to our house on two occasions. I felt he was very honest, and wanted to do right by us and try to save us money. Nathan Smith who does the quoting at the office was also very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will be recommending them to all our neighbours who are also finding it hard to find a reliable and trustworthy electrician. This business was recommended to us by Kristina from Crest Air Conditioning, another great business in the hills district.

Booked 3 weeks ahead for two days work. No staff arrived for second days work, nil notice given either. Overcharged final invoice, and quality of work done outside Australian Standards minimums. Not recommended.

Didn't show up and operator couldn't reach electrician. What a waste of time - made the booking a week in advance and took the morning off work. Don't even bother.

Clean and friendly staff, a joy to deal with. Let me know when they would arrive, fixed the issue without a hassle. I recommend them to everyone. They just make it so easy.

needed two ceiling fans replaced, they were to come at 3 pm on Wednesday, no show, no phone call. I rang Thursday, they said they would be here midday Friday. Again no show or phone call. Not happy, have cancelled appointment.

We have a Clipsal Cbus system, the electrical work was complex for a residential property. Platinum were very accommodating.

Prompt and excellent service. Fixed the problem very quickly. Didn't mark higher because no one gets 100%. :-)

Great service, only reason I didnt give 5 star was due to original scheduled appoint time not being met. Arrived 1 hour late & needed to reschedule remaining repairs & installation for another day.

Fantastic service, they contacted me to let me know that they would be running a bit late, that usually doesn't happen with other trades.
Great service installing the LED down lights , neat and tidy with regards to cleaning up after the completion of the task.
Very happy with the service and price, I will be 100% using this company again.
