Not impressed

I've seen Kim twice and was happy to continue with her method, not hands on so no immediate pain relieve. Uses exercise methods for long term. So obviously twice not seeing any results. However my issue is I rang and left a message on Saturday to say needing to cancel Monday afternoon appointment due to having to get a Covid test.
I rang again Monday morning to confirm and rebook. Receptionist informs me I'll lose my $50 holding deposit as I didn't cancel on a working day. If that's the way they want to run a business during a pandemic I won't be using them/ Told the girl I won't be back!.
So much for doing the right thing. Money hungry much?

Great online classes

I really enjoy the classes. I can’t think of anything negative. It would be great if they continued some online classes when things get back to normal as them people outside Dublin could do it.

Ben Doyle

Ben Doyle is a wonderful physiotherapist, who I would highly recommend to anyone with a musculoskeletal injury.

Christine was absolutely excellent

Christine was absolutely excellent! She helped me to ease my pain and explained the reason for that and gave me exercises which I found extremely valuable . If I miss a day making them- I feel the pain and as soon I start doing them - the result is noticeable straight away.

Brilliant experience, tailored solutions to my needs

I have had great experiences with Platinum Physio, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Both Ben and Sinead spent the time getting to know me and understand my injury and provide tailored and effective exercises and advice to get me on the road to recovery. I had constant pain in my hip and following the Platinum Physio plans made for me I have completely resolved my issues.
