REPORT THEM TO STRIPE, Inc FOR THEM TO GET STOPPED
People, they use Stripe's services for banking, screenshot every conversation you had, all your deposits and send to Stripe's support email for them to stop this company and presecute them.
Don't do what I did, prevent yourself. I had my account opened already when I fell upon the reviews, I was getting support from the WhatsApp number and all and I didn't care much for it, so I continued, only if I would've known. They took money £600 from my account with the promises of making me a Digital Banking Plataform to register users, as soon as I started put big money in they took it all out and from my users accounts too.
The WhatsApp number disappeared, I couldn't login to my account anymore, and then they sent me this message on live chat when I asked what happened:
"Hi "Name Of My Company",
Your platform will be Live with a promotional
balance of £2,500 on 10/10/2023.
We are migrating all Digital Banking
Platforms, sorry for any inconvenience and
thanks for your patience"
We are WAY PASSED the date above and I started asking them for my money, as soon as I did that two day ago that I started saying they are literally robbing me I received this message:
"Your account has been banned for violations of our terms and conditions. Your account is permanently restricted and there is nothing that can be done to reinstate it.
Please find an alternative provider.
Thank you,
Platoo.business"
This message above is the one everyone here on the reviews receives it without any explanation whatever.
Who knows of many if us report this company to Stripe they will get banned and give everyone's money back.

They will close your account without any explanation and say it's policy!
Update: first they said it's banned because of policy violation and it can't be reactivated
now they are asking me for money 100£ to reactivate the account
They ban accounts then extort people for money to reactivate their accounts

Abusing free trials, exploiting virtual cards for online ads, excessive card creation and issuing cards to prohibited countries will more than likely have your account restricted and permanently banned.
Acts such as these taint the credibility of the Digital Banking industry, we have a zero-tolerance policy here, as It is our duty and legal obligation to keep our users/platform owners compliant with local and international regulations.
