No stars

No stars. DO NOT PURCHASE. This company is a fraud. The products are nothing like advertised, very low quality, bad sizing and the scriptures are misspelled. Minimal communication and unwilling to refund or do anything. Companies like this should be shut down and customers refunded for the junk we opened on Christmas Eve.

I LUCKILY got a refund because I also reported them to my cc company and I emailed them a bunch of times however the quality was nothing like what they advertised. The sizing looks like it's for a child and they said they couldn't refund me because of a "special" but it seems like their prices are always "special" it seems like I was one of the few to get a refund but I also made it clear that I would make it my mission to destroy them

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. The hoodie is nothing like the photo. Christian clothing brand? What a joke. They should be ashamed. Won’t give a refund either. Shut this company down

Pure scam don’t try it

Pure scam don’t try it. The quality rubbish. Customer service zero. They don’t fear God using Christianity to scam people. Cheap quality sizing wrong delivery almost a full month. Then they come back and say no refund.

Do not buy from them!

The pictures and the product do not match. They are poorly made, sizes are not accurate, and the company would not give me a return! Do not buy from them! The company is a joke!

My credit card company labeled this website as fraud instantly.

Emailed them many times for the clothing not showing up. They assured me it was on its way. A month later, checked the tracking number again and it now stated "tracking number not located". Emailed 3 times within a couple of weeks with no responses. Reported fraud with my credit card company and got a refund within 3 days from my credit card company as this website was automatically labeled as fraud. Dont buy.

If I could give zero stars I would…

If I could give zero stars I would. Plaura is a complete scam! Do NOT buy anything from this company. Shipping took an entire month, the product is complete trash compared to what was actually advertise: paper thin, crooked lettering, child sized instead of adult, the sleeves are completely disproportionate to the rest and are basically 3/4 length. Also, the link I bought this hoodie from was attached to a video for a GLO hoodie, which this product is NOT. SCAM ALERT!!!!

I purchased from PilaPilaura.com – Misrepresented product, no refundura.com

I purchased from Pilaura.com, which appears to be connected to this company (Plaura). The product I received was completely misrepresented — a cheap device shipped from China, labeled “Teeth Veneers” with a declared value of £2.67, despite paying over €100.

The company ignored multiple refund requests, even though their website claims a return policy requiring prior approval. I have now escalated the issue through Revolut (chargeback), Shopify (platform investigation), and ECC Ireland (consumer complaint).

Based on other reviews here, this seems to be a pattern of misrepresentation and blocked refunds. Be cautious before ordering.

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company. I bought the sweatshirts and they took forever to come. Emailing with them takes ages and their responses are unprofessional. The sweatshirts finally arrived and the quality is so low. They are thin, tiny and not good in any way. I ordered adult larges but they look as though they were made for children. I emailed to ask for a return as it had said they have a return policy. They replied saying they won't take these back because they're doing a promotional sale right now. It makes no sense. That was not on the return policy nor on my order receipt. They are crooks. Absolute frauds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If I could put 0 I would

If I could put 0 I would. The sweatshirts are very poor quality and are not as advertised. Very disappointing. When wanting a refund I was refused. For a company focused on the word of god….they fall very short. I will be staying away from this company from now on.

I agree with the other reviews

I agree with the other reviews. It took 45 days to get the order. I ordered an XL hoodie, and it fits like a medium or larger. The material feels very cheap and the letters have been ironed on. I wouldn't order from Plaura.com

Do Not Order From This Company

I paid extra for express shipping, but it took 28 days to receive my order. When I did receive it, the hoodies were such poor quality. The material is cheap, the lettering feels like iron-on, and the 3X fit my son that wears a size small. Pretty much all of their products are on special promotion, and cannot be returned. This company is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs.

What you see and what you actually get

What is represented on the website and what you receive are not the same thing. The hoodies are described as over sized. The adult uni-sex sizing is closer to youth sizing. The adult X-Large is the same size as an adult small. So this tells me it’s a youth XL. The fabric is thin. The garment is not even stitched straight. Crooked seams. The vinyl heat pressed lettering is a mess. Try heat pressing lettering for an adult XL on a Youth XL…the garment is over stretched. The lettering is off. Looks irregular. Took two months to arrive and was shoved into a thin plastic mailer. So all the hoodies were crumpled beyond anything I can do to straighten. The vinyl lettering is so crimped that its all jacked up.

Ordered three hoodies…terrible.

Ordered three hoodies. They took over a month to arrive. The material is cheap and so thin that you can see light through it. The sizing is completely off. The lettering looks awful and rounded, which isn’t how it is shown on their website. I ordered an olive green hoodie and the color is a bright Kelly green. Total scam. The merchandise isn’t honestly advertised.

White Forgiven oversized Hoodie?

I bought a White Forgiven oversized Hoodie. It is grey, it's rather small and the letters on the back are just awful in how they are spaced. This is a fake version of the GLO hoodies available online. The quality is awful and is a complete rip-off. I have sought a refund from my bank. This is a scam. Really bad as this is meant to be a God honouring product. Buy from GLO instead.

I've attempted to contact by email several times since I've purchased the hoodie on Friday 10/11.
No response, no tracking updates, etc.

I only wish I added ".com" to my search for Plaura on Trustpilot, then I would have seen the other 1-star review on here.

I've done a little extra digging and believe I have found the original company that makes these hoodies; GodsLoveOvercomes... Which makes a LOT more sense why "GLO" is stitched on the front of their hoodies.

Although I believe I have found the correct brand, still, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.

I will contact my bank to see if I can get a refund, as this is a scam. I don't know if it's even worth contacting Plaura (they don't seem to answer), but I'll send one last email asking for a refund.

Scammers [DO NOT BUY]

Please do not buy any products from them. The quality is sub par.

My belief is they’re a copycat merchant. I clicked through from Instagram. Their website has a constant “Sale ends tonight banner” and “24/7” support available. This isn’t the case.

The product took 28 days to arrive… when i requested comms, none were given in reply… only automated despatch updates.

I have requested a return and refund and am yet to receive a reply.

The hoodie is lightweight and not to the size scale advertised for oversized onsite.

For a shop profiting off a God related product, they should be ashamed of themselves.

*Update Oct 12 2025*
I notified my card holder who has issued a refund in the interim. Furthermore… and credit where credit is due, the seller has just notified me of a pending refund that should land in 10 days.
