It was good but a seller sold me dupe and it deleted than he blocked me and I had 1500 rub

My Playerok account (email: eleqqnticloud.com) was permanently banned even though I only made one honest mistake on my old account (dagstar).

I accidentally created a long-term subscription listing once, not realizing it violated the rules. After contacting support, they told me “please don’t do that in the future”, which I understood as a warning — not a permanent suspension.

Later, I created a new account and followed all the rules carefully, without any violations. However, Playerok blocked my new account too, claiming it was “related” to the old one.

I have contacted support several times through email and the website form, but only received automatic template replies saying the decision is “final.” It seems no one actually reviewed my case manually.

I am asking Playerok to reconsider this situation. The punishment is disproportionate — it was a single unintentional mistake, and I’ve been fully compliant since. Please review my case or allow me to continue working honestly on the platform.

Poor support, moderation. Which does not want to understand the situation and at the same time is completely irresponsible.

Things can easily go sideways, a website made for players to sell old accounts, some stockpile accounts, bot on them, and theres bound to be stolen ones. With this in mind use your best judgement, with that, the majority of people will be ok. Don't be quick to trust a new seller, read reviews like you're doing here. Remember support is your best friend, not your buddy, record your purchase and immediate login to accounts to prevent mishap. For most products, the more simple the better. Please use your best judgment and you'll have tons of fun. Have an old account to sell? Change the information and let it go! Much love for the support team.

My profile was blocked because I "did not fulfill the order", I put the product up for 4,500, then I wanted to make a discount up to 4,000, the phone is buggy, I accidentally put it up for 400. The buyer immediately bought and I made a refund immediately, because the price is too low and the glitch is incorrect. After 10 minutes, the profile was blocked.
