Way too difficult once you get a little further in rookie mode. Other similar apps are much easier for beginners.

Looks excellent

The product downloaded and installed without problem.
I haven't got around to using it much yet - I was ill for much of last week.

However, I'm positive and looking forward.

My only reservation at this point is that buying additional music seems expensive. I'll wait until I get there before I comment further.

Best app for beginners

I'm a beginner playing piano. I tried Flowkey but it didn't give me the music theory that is so important to learn. Playground Sessions has it. I find myself learning faster understanding what everything is for. I love it.

Easy to renew

Easy to renew. I am learning great information that I never learned in my 4 years of piano instruction as a child.

I am enjoying the program

I am enjoying the program. However, it is geared towards keyboards. I have an acoustic piano. There are other 'learn to play the piano' programs available where I can use the microphone on my computer and the program assesses my performance. This would be a nice feature to have on Playground.

I ordered my piano and was very pleased…

I ordered my piano and was very pleased with the price and subscription. I have the playground sessions piano with the stand and music stand, and the one year subscription. It came out to $240, a fair deal for a beginner piano and lessons. The piano did feel a little cheap to me, I’m probably being unfair to expect more when I didn’t pay that much. Overall I’m very happy with the entire package and glad I bought it on sale.

Love, but would appreciate clearer “ big picture.”

I am a lifetime member. I love the over-practice that PGS requires. It builds confidence and automaticity. BUT I WANT A MANUAL that has a MAP that SHOWS THE ENTIRE JOURNEY FROM ROOKIE TO ADVANCE, how points are awarded, and when one gets to play real songs and no just accompany a piece in the levels. I see that I am awarded so many songs but I have no idea how or when to access them. A FAQ forum is nice but it’s hard to get the “big picture” in pieces.
