SCAM

SCAM! Do NOT use any Spotify advertising you will get your music pulled out from Spotify When i got notified by Spotify (2 days in the promo) i reached out to playlist booker to cancel and get refunded but they simply told me that i was wrong and never stopped the promo like i asked and never refunded me either! Now they are ignoring me! Extremely unprofessional! Their playlists are botted (curators with only 1 follower but thousands of likes on their playlists) and the way they get you on “ALGORITHMIC” playlists is in violation of Spotify terms! Let everyone you know not to use

I had a pretty decent experience with Playlist Booker. I'll probably try them again. My only concern with them actually came up as I went to write this review. This Trustpilot page looks pretty darn suspicious

Edit: even Emma Watson left a review! xD

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – A Vicious Cycle That Goes Nowhere

I deeply regret using Playboost. At first, everything seemed too good to be true — my Spotify plays increased dramatically, and I was excited. However, every month without fail, all the plays were completely erased. Despite paying to get onto playlists, the only “solution” they offer is to stay longer for free on those same playlists. But that doesn’t help at all because the same thing keeps happening: every month, plays go back to zero.

It’s a frustrating and pointless cycle that I want to get out of. To make things worse, they no longer reply to my emails. I’m now genuinely worried that Spotify might penalize or remove my tracks because of this suspicious activity.

I don’t want to continue with this service, and I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. It’s not worth the money, time, or stress.
I ask for a refund or a true solution.

By using bots obviously so I asked them to stop I didn’t wanted a longer period and they just didn’t listen kept going and I kept writing emails please stop because the views were coming and getting down again and guess what after 2 they kept doing this without permission my song was removed of Spotify and I didnt even asked for this!!! I told them to stop so many times

Please read this if you value your music

I am writing this review in the hope that I can stop people losing their music and potentially being banned as artists. For those people who have recently given this company 5 stars, you might not feel the same way in a few months time. I started a campaign for one of my tracks at the end of October and it appeared to be working well and I was tracking it in my soundcloud for artists account which showed what appeared to be genuine playlists. I was slightly skeptical when I saw multiple listeners listening to my track at certain times of the day and then nothing for most of the other time but it still seemed to be ok. However, this week, nearly 2 months after the campaign ended (the daily plays seemed to end very suddenly by the way), Soundcloud emailed me to say all platforms are taking my track down because Spotify have found fake plays by bots. Unfortunately, this will probably happen to everyone else who uses this scam of a company. Thankfully it has only affected one of my tracks but some people might not be so lucky especially if they release a whole album and then try to promote it using Playlist Booker. Their advertising on Facebook, Instagram and their website which states “organic plays” and “no bots” is clearly false advertising and completely illegal. The worst thing is that artists are losing their work which in many cases will have taken weeks, months or years to produce. If you still don’t believe me, check out the 5 star reviews from 2024 and January 2025 which are all from profiles in the US with just one review and pretty much all stating they are artists who make music simply by using every day objects - completely ridiculous! Please avoid using this company if you enjoy making music!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Many of my songs were removed from Spotify as a result of using this company. I’ve written many emails to them addressing this issue and never got a response. Horrible!! And now a good amount of my catalog isn’t available on Spotify. Save your money and your music!!

Hired playlist booker to promote my music. They used bot playlists that got the whole album pulled from Spotify. Spotify can't tell what's a bot an what's not, while they're obligated to pay mechanical royalties for digital streams. This mess will get uglier.

Real Results, Real Fans!

I was skeptical at first, but PlaylistBooker proved to be a game-changer. Not only did my streams increase, but I also saw a huge spike in my followers, monthly listeners, and social media engagement. The best part? I started getting DMs from fans who discovered my music through the playlists. This isn’t just about numbers; it’s about real connections with real listeners. Highly recommend!

Honesty would help, total fraud!

Honesty would help, total fraud! Playlistbooker sent me a knee jerk response saying, we are 100% organic, never addressing the issue. I went to my Spotify for artist page and all my streams were vastly reduced as they were inflated numbers and were Fraudulent! I gave Playlistbooker Songtradr's support email, lets see if they contact them? I contacted Spotify, but the rep said he didnt know anything and signed off, useless! A lot of this music promo stuff is just a scam, if your seeing big numbers chances are their Fraudulent! No one is listening to your music, its all BOT generated and you risk getting kicked off Spotify for nothing! Beware!

Warning

Warning: Playlist Booker Uses Fake Streams I recently made the mistake of using Playlist Booker's services, and my Spotify account was flagged for fake streams almost immediately. What's even more suspicious is that my monthly listeners continue to increase, despite my music being removed from Spotify. Now, I'm forced to waste time and resources taking down my music and re-uploading it through my distributor. The hassle and stress caused by Playlist Booker's shady practices are not worth the money. Avoid using Playlist Booker at all costs! They use fake streams, which can put your Spotify account at risk.

False advertising and claims, will get your music taken down

I have ordered "real" listeners from this company, as they claim. A few days ago I received a notification from my music distributor, who got a complain from Spotify regarding artificial streams that are happening from their promotion. I am warned that my music would be taken down... Their claims are false. And they don't respond after I have sent them emails regarding the issue.
