Out of the other playlisting services…

Out of the other playlisting services I’ve tried, playlist push has been the only one who’s performed well, and didn’t seem fishy. Using Playlist Push on top of getting on a Spotify Editorial helped me get some pretty impressive numbers. I’ll be adding this as part of my release plan for each song moving forward.

Very weak result and lies in conclusions

I made an order with them. The mailing to curators is automatic, the curators liked the song, but it did not fit their playlists at all (this was initially clear), the sending is automatic, the person does not participate, the sending algorithm is stupidly by genre (which, of course, will not provide a good result).
As a result, the result was very weak in terms of placements and streams, but in the report they pulled up the overall result, which was achieved through another partner.
I strongly advise against dealing with them, there are better options.

P.S. In response to my review, they write about incorrect targeting on my part. This is a lie. They have very stingy targeting by genre. The genre is "Pop". That's all. There is simply no mood of the track in the targeting.
In addition, they offered to return me 50% of the cost of my order for deleting my review.
Apparently, this is not an isolated practice, this is how they edit their rating here. Be vigilant.

Hey Alex,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It looks like the targeting you selected wasn't very relevant for your song which can explain some of your reviews.

I just shot you an email because we want to improve your experience. I hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks,

Playlist Push is easy to navigate

Playlist Push is easy to navigate. When selecting playlists for my songs, it automatically brings up previous playlists that added my songs as well as new playlists based on my genre. Sometimes my songs even stay on these playlists for longer than expected -- giving me a "fan base" of playlists that like my songs.

Brilliant result and quite happy

The communications and effort was top notch. I really appreciate it. I got feedback from all curators and that gave me perspective about my music. Their client list of curators are also great and I got placement in some nice playlists.

The good and the bad. Will totally use again.

The bad: I don't like the fact that I can't choose my own curators. When a curator declines me and says 'we are sorry but this music doesn't fit on my list' - I'm like DUH - I would not have chosen you as a curator anyway, had I known. They act like "I" chose them, and not Playlist Push. I didn't have anything to do with it. It makes me look like an idiot to those curators.

The good: In comparison to SubmitHub and Groover who are similar (with the exception that those companies are transparent in letting me see which curators I can choose from) the Playlist Push curators that DID accept my music and place it on their playlists were STELLAR.

Yes, it is a blind process, but I can't deny the results were outstanding in my particular situation, with my genre. I will be submitting another piece to PP in 3 weeks, and I'm hoping it does just as well.

Great genre selecting

I’ve had fantastic results from this service, more so than any others I’ve used! My song is in a relatively niche mix of genres so its hard to find playlisters who’d find it a good match, but with all the options playlist push offers I was matched with loads of suitable playlists and got some great placements!
