Game is not half bad but the support is from another world and when things go worng they ignore it all together, i guess it is expected from a game coming from amazon.
Theres no endgame there is no ending on the main story line and game is 3 years old in Korea where theres no ending either.
Upgrade system is poor you can fail 20 times with 30-60% chance.
Quests are really poor 99% text boxes, and quests where just a single step makes you wait a full day to get next step, over and over.
Dungeons either has a 1-2 runs max a day and some only once a week, if servers crash doing your once a week run you lost that run with no help from support so you will be put behind everyone else, just a really poor system.
PVP forget it hard to even get it going, long waits in que and a weird system where you can just pick the stats you want so it has nothing to do with your own hard earned gear.
Game is purely about making money from trying to sell you items to upgrade gears or save time and so on, so yes it is in a way pay to win, not that it matters that much when there is nothing to win and no endgame.
Mounts are stupid if you got one you got all only the look is diffrend meaning a legend gold mount has the same speed as a standard green, and looks for your char theres no real selection very few items.
So in short i would skip this game its really not worth the time you need to put into it, i am around 500 hours but 90% of it is waiting doing nothing or just plain afk waiting for some timer...
