i bought xbox game pass at playnate.com and got my 12 months but it has expired now and i remain connected to EE/BT and can no longer renew geme pass i want to ask here does anyone know how to disconnect from your xbox account

Cannot buy new ultimate

I bought 12 months of game pass ultimate but after 5 months it is no longer active. The product is also not offered on the website any more. Support is never online and doesn't respond to my messages even after 2 weeks. Don't buy from here, you'll get ripped off! I want a refund but no one replies to me...

Like many other people who bought from them, I bought 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and received only 6 months. I wrote to support, and they said they would hear from the vendor and let me know. A month later, no response. I asked in another message, for a refund for the months I did not receive, but no response to this message either. Just don't buy on this site, the offers may seem cheap, but if they don't give you half the product, it no longer pays off.

I bought 12months Xbox ultimate, they paid for supposedly 7months, then Xbox told me it expired! How?. They asked for 5 days to resolve it, no resolution so they offered a refund. They refunded me $39..for the remaining 5mos…how does that even cover 5months?? DON’T buy from them..it’s 💩. You get robbed and they keep the amount you paid.

When i found the code for way cheaper compared to others (13 month VPN activated Xbox Ultimate Gamepass) i thought i hit the jackpot. Then the payment sistems didnt work for 5 days until a worker helped me pay in another method through email. It didnt work in the start since it was from another country but after reinstalling the VPN it worked perfectly.

We purchased the 12-month subscription and our 1st month ended over a week ago. The subscription didn't seem to auto-renew as intended. I've sent 5+ emails and received only one response asking if the service worked (it isn't). There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call. I'm wondering if they took my money and ran.

Bought a 6 month game pass last month from them, I was able to redeem it but since yesterday it is not working. Tried to contact thlem via chat or email and no response..
1st experience and not a great one and customer service seems to be non existent

Update - I was finally able to chat with somebody and apparently the crowdstrike / Microsoft issue caused my issue and probably a lot of people. I was able to fix my issue with some new codes provided by playnate.
I still give them a 3 because a simple communication on the website could have help….even if they have no idea when the issue will be resolved

I purchased 12month game pass ultimate and i have only 1month , and the provider BT/EE SCREW IT UP by disabling my renew subscription, they violating the terms of agreement with PLAYNATE, ,they put PLAYNATE in a bad position, the people from PLAYNATE get involved in helping me, for this i give a good review

A fraud company i paid for 6 mo xbox ultimate membership and got 1 mo

They have a fantastic support on their website. A person was able to connect to my PC remotely when I asked for it and then helped me with activation procedure. Serial number works great, I highly recommend them!

Bought a two month subscription trial code meant for new accounts and the code DOES NOT WORK. Another website had just done the same thing to me before buying this one, so I am beyond disappointed. I hate having to contact my bank when scammers do this sort of thing….
