Worst payouts amongst all gaming websites.

Been on Playnow since 2023 at least. And I used to win my money back regularly so Id keep playing because I was breaking even. Id say since June I have not won anything. Despite max betting and when I do start winning, I get booted off the platform or something starts reloading and my game ends when Im noticing a winning streak. Im not even breaking even anymore, also Bonuses are rare. Something is shady. Also someone mentioned the Encore rewards. I have earned $1.00 and it just doesnt seem to be adding up? Whats going on Playnow? And no im not calling the 1-800 #. For what? To be put on hold and told that nothing is wrong. Im about done donating.

I'm not sure why theres so many bad reviews. Its a gambling site, you're not always going to win. Of the many times I have won, there has never been any issues with collecting my money. I have even cashed out 10k one time from slots and no issues whatsoever. I usually get a deposit within 1-2 business days. They're a little cheap with the promotions though considering how much I've spent.

It seems like all the casinos are cutting back, like they were not making enough already. I urge you to stay away from online casinos people! There are red flags everywhere!! Everywhere!! It’s manipulation tactics!!! That’s on a good day, on a normal day, you will deposit 20$ and literally spin it all away without a single win. Your sight is not dependable and always crashes. Your chat feature sucks worse then the game experience. I can see why the government stops manitobins from playing other gaming websights because they would rather take all our money for nothing in return. At least with bulldog I had a better experience and got paid out better.

With the amount of money that must be flowing through PlayNow.com, I don't understand how it's possible for it to be so slow and unreliable.

Edit: With regard to the reply from Playnow, at the time I posted this they were almost, but not quite, having an outage. The Web site was somewhat accessible, but nearly anything you tried to do on it either failed or took many times the usual amount of time, which is already very slow.

That SPECIFIC issue has long since passed, but the fact remains the site is extremely slow at the best of times and not always very responsive. Basic functions like buying lottery tickets seem to spend several hours a day down for maintenance (I keep unusual hours where it's often most convenient to do these things in the middle of the night, so maybe the average user is less affected by this); depending what you're doing, downtime seems to be as high as 15% or so, which is multiple orders of magnitude more than the generally accepted industry standard of 0.01% to 0.1%. This unusually large amount of maintenance seems to yield very little benefit.

This all has very little to do with my browser or anything like that. And if your Web site genuinely requires restarting the DSL modem on the customer's end to work properly, something is seriously wrong - and it isn't on my end.

When playing table games every 40 minutes or so would get message of techical difficulty and site would log me off.
but much worse than that is that the card games are rigged.
I played Ultimate Texas Holdem over a period of a few weeks totaling more than 30 hours off play.
The dealer gets trips, straights, flushes and fullhouses every 5th, 6th, or 7th hand. It is not statistically possible to get that many top hands randomly.

These slot machines are truly the worst. I've played them for way longer than I'd care to admit. I'm a returning customer to the site because the Lotto and Sports side of the site are great but the slots are an outright travesty.

I've played over and over again over the years. The games themselves (if they aren't crashing) are really quite high quality and compelling and they'll do a good job of stringing you along, but the pay outs are ABYSMAL. Typically I'll play around 40-80 cent spins and ONCE IN AWHILE you can get up 20-40 dollars and you get hopeful that you might be able to get on a roll and the games always take the money right back.

So I started pivoting and playing the 'Canucks Reactor' game and IT IS A NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME. Every 20 minutes I'll get a "Data Not Received" error or I'll get booted with the message that "We can no longer determine that you're located in British Columbia"... WTF!?! I've been sitting in the same spot the entire time! It's incredibly frustrating.

Then there's the PAY OUTS for the Canucks Refractor game, if you thought the slot machines don't pay, this game is out right ROBBERY... Last night I was entertaining myself and grinding away playing 80 cent spins and finally hit one of the all elusive bonuses.. Finally! A bit of relief! What was the payout after the 15 spin bonus round? 0.58 CENTS. The Bonus round payed out LESS THAN MY SPIN WAGER. And if you think that's an anomaly, the bonus rounds ROUTINELY pay out around 4-8x of the wager which is absolutely pitiful. If you're in a land based casino and playing .80 cent spins and hit a bonus round, you're usually going to get at least a 30-40$ baseline win. On the Canucks Reactor game, you'll be lucky if you get 12 dollars from an .80 cent spin... Something isn't right there.

So yes folks, over around 6 years, I've put money in and keep returning to the slots and I've grinded away on them, I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars and over all of these years I can only recall TWO decent wins. 320$ off of a .20 cent spin of all things and 250$ off of a .50 cent spin... THAT'S IT, otherwise the games seem to max out at 100x the wager and that too is VERY, VERY RARE.

It sucks because to me, I'm thinking I must be some kind of bizarre anomaly, and i have this determination to win something and it just never, never happens. If you grind it out in a land based casino, eventually you're going to hit a hand pay, but that's nearly IMPOSSIBLE HERE. I thought I must have the most horrible luck as it's a government run website and it must be above board, but read the comments here, folks. The people aren't lying.

It's really sinister how the government can allow its population to play these slot machine games when they're so clearly crooked.

If you use this site, stick to the sports betting and lotto and that type of thing. That side of the site is surprisingly great and the payouts are quick and I've had no issue... But if you venture off into the slot machine side of the site like I've done countless times for a little excitement, not only are you going to waste hours of time pointlessly grinding way, your money is going to be flushed down the toilet.

So please folks, don't think that "it must only be me". The games are fun and they can provide an effective escape but they don't pay. In a casino you can have that escapism and end up leaving with a wallet full of money and feeling like a champ! That never happens here and you'll just end your session in disappointment.

After multiple attempts to discuss automatic logout issues during game play, especially during bonus rounds, multiple support agents and even a manager had different responses. The manager however replicated one of the issue on their phone.

One star because there is nothing lower. I tried to join Playnow because of the LottoMax Dream Bigly, it got all my personal info which it will probably sell, yet I failed to become a member. The site either uses junk AI or a pair of computer dummies to maintain the site, ALYSSA and TANYA, not Siri, Alexa, Bonzi or Rembo. No gov regulators watch over these people in case they rig the lootteries, with gold, white balls, blue balls guaranteed balls, the lootters are very deft digital manipulators. But we have to bear this BS of classic, gold, white because we want to win.

Playnow poker is strictly a cash game site. They never have sit and go's, ever. They have only 1 or 2 tournaments running at any given time and you can't join freerolls tournaments unless you play cash games. If you need to play a freeroll, you don't have money for a cash game. Less than 1000 players at peak hours. Better off going to the casino.

Terrible RTP. Constant crashing. Constant logouts. Terrible games. Terrible support staff. Play elsewhere. 100k in over the last 2 years. Will not continue. I realize gambling is a losing game but here the odds are worse than anywhere else I’ve seen.
