Absolutely the worst f poker in the f world! Between the cheaters and the rigged ass algorithm it’s the worst. Take your money elsewhere.

My experience is similar to other reviews for PlayNow. Constant glitches, random and frequent logouts, 'data not received' is common, logouts with notification that you are not in the province even after playing for an hour from your own HOUSE!! Calls to customer service are useless. The same excuses are used such as clear your cache, allow for location detection, your internet is the problem, your router is the problem. I think they just throw at a dart board and use whatever excuse it lands on.
The games are programmed to take your money. I absolutely believe that the games are NOT random spins generated by the computer programs. While I don't expect a "Las Vegas" style experience, I would expect that the slot games would at least produce one of the features promoted for each game after spending a reasonable amount of money. I have spent hundreds of dollars on a game and have not even been teased with a bonus or free spin feature. The programmers aren't even attempting to make it fun and exciting. I don't expect to win the big prize but it would certainly make things a bit less boring if a free spin came along once in a while, and at least gave you back the amount of your bet per spin.
The last few times I logged in (which took 15 minutes of lag time despite lightening internet connection), I noticed something quite concerning. Once you see it, you can't un-see it. The claims of random spin sequences are becoming more hard to believe. After playing one particular game, I noticed that about every 5 spins I would get a spin result that was exactly same. Another 5 spins and the 6th result would be the same as one from the previous 5 spins before it. This went on for about half an hour. I was betting a minimum bet but that should not have mattered. I checked the info page for the game and there were no statements saying larger bet amounts would increase chances of winning jackpots etc. There are supposed to be hundreds of combinations on these multiline slots. A conservative estimate over the half hour to 45 minutes (once I noticed the scam) and I would say I experienced at least 20 identical sequences with each instance spaced out between 5-6 spins. I am kicking myself now because I should have been taking screenshots once I suspected what I was seeing but the website kicked me out/logged off and I was unable to get back in. Only a spinning circle for 20 minutes (I cleared cache, browsing history, refreshed browser and tried an alternate browser - nothing worked). There definitely needs to be audits and investigations. There is NOTHING random about these slot games.

this place is an absolute joke aside from the site being complete garbage you can throw hundreds or thousand in to a slot game and still not hit the feature . save your money don't get hooked into this place, they should be shut down.. they are criminals play anywhere else but here.
slow payouts not that that will matter cause you will never win . If you try to talk to their support about the site crashing and being a piece of crap they will tell you the same thing every time clear your cache. the encore points will take 9 days to update and wont be correct. The reviews are terrible Why isn't this place closed down already let's do something about this.

I read your comments. This is how your country was designed. I remember when I first got here, my mom is so proud to be here.. just because of the conflicts back home. Then I grew up.. I started to realize parents are crazy to bring their children here unless their children can do very good at self control. I have a friend borrowed money from me and said that he would commit suicide if I dont lend him the money. After that, he told me that his followers will do something to me if I want my money back. I have a coworker borrowed money for paying bill. Then he asked me if I wanna go casino with him. I helped someone just because he quited smoking. And soon another guy confirmed with me that the guy is still smoking. Yes. I smelled it. And one thing in common of these people is that they joke about me the most probably. If you look at those GENIUS who dumped their stocks on you and called it as recessions, these people are like just ants in a zoo. Now they are doing exactly same thing on smilepto. Most of you people working whole life dealing with all these inventions. Good luck.

Misled about a sports bet settlement.

I had found a bet on a ufc fight of under 0.5 rounds. After double checking with support and asking if the fight ended in the first round if it settled as a win or loss. I was told it would settle as a win. It ended in round 1 at 4:30 mark of the fiest round (5 minute rounds) have had to reach out to support to see if they will make it right. I have screenshots of it all. Very awful experience having "customer support" mislead you on bet settlement.

Well here I am. Didn't want to do it, but this is the worst casino I've ever played at. Been playing for years and finally learned my lesson. I'm a member to a least 10 other online casinos, all that have paid fairly. Playnow is not fair at all. Time to give up on this one. Random offshore casinos are more trustworthy than Playnow. My fault for trusting a government owned online casino.

This is the biggest scam site ever! Don't waste your time or your money here trust me it's the most unfair gambling site I have ever seen in my life!!! I will never play here ever again!!!

The site is absolutely terrible. I read through numerous reviews and have experienced the same. The log out errors are consistent. The government should shutdown this site. Customer service is abysmal, blaming the customer or some technical issue that the customer representative doesn't even understand. Playnow needs to be reported to W5 and an investigation launched.

Don’t waste your money

The Customer support is really horrible. The system is glitchy the customer support is just terrible. They blame the customer for using the site.

I’m filing a formal complaint with SLGA over PlayNow's handling of my wager, and I strongly urge others to avoid this platform until its practices are investigated and corrected.

On April 7, I placed a sports bet (Bet ID O/0213726/0000128) early in the morning. Shortly after, I learned a key player was injured and went to cash out—only to find that the bet had already been voided and refunded by PlayNow. I accepted this, believing the market had been invalidated for legitimate reasons.

Then I watched something highly suspicious unfold:

The market (HT/FT) was removed.

The bet remained refunded for hours.

After the game ended and the result was known, PlayNow reversed the refund and settled it as a loss—conveniently because my prediction was wrong.

They took away my opportunity to cash out and only reinstated the bet after they saw it would result in a loss for me. This wasn’t a technical glitch—it was a deliberate manipulation of the betting process, and it reeks of bad faith.

I've documented everything, including time-stamped screenshots showing the refund and its reversal. Customer service offered no real explanation beyond generic policy language and refused to escalate the issue further, despite it clearly violating the spirit of fair betting.

This is not the first time I’ve had a bet refunded—one of my previous winning bets was refunded, and I accepted it based on their posted rules. But this incident is different: this is about changing the status of a wager based on outcome, which is the opposite of integrity.

Unless you’re okay with your bets being reversed and reinstated at the operator’s convenience, I’d strongly recommend staying away from PlayNow. I’ve escalated this to SLGA and encourage anyone experiencing similar treatment to do the same.

This gambling site crashes too often. I don't trust that while spinning, the game crashes. It seems that when this happens, suddenly every spin goes blank. I don't expect to win when I gamble but when I seem to be doing fine, the game crashes and when I go back in to keep playing, there is no longer any line pay outs and the funds drain away. This site somehow make losing even worse by constantly crashing mid play.

Absolute garbage.. waste of money. Promotions don't work. I am done with it as there are way better out there that give you a chance to win. Don't waste your time and money on this crap!

poker site seems corrupted. i kept stats of my allins. as a favorite, i only win 40% of the time. as a dog, i win less than 15%, and i win less than 30% of flips

They have blocked my account for four years! They say I have to give them 80 different bank statements because I have used 80 different cards while I have no access to card owners some of them have died and some of them are in different countries. So how come when I deposited money it went through and they got the money and now they are asking for bank statement!!lol they are big scamers.

This web gambling site is notorious for it's continued failures. Slow as a turtle can't update odds in a timely manner, odds never even get displayed at times? Continually getting suspended why who knows? What gambling site suspends odds every other second??? It's pathetic! Site goes down and you can't act on your bets and no compensation at all! Canada needs to do better. This site seems to lack proper people doing their job. Nhl hockey for example the total goals never got updated after second period? Why? Do they sit and talk until they make a decision? It's backwards and should never been launched with all the flaws going on!

Im winning almost $900 on thundering shenlong lightning bonus with wager of$7.20 and game went freeze and tried to ressumed game but got stucked open on vendor agent said.after investigating and manually closed game I end up getting only $18...wow
