Possible scam - warning

Hi. I'm fairly new there. This morning the site has become unreachable, and that is a very bad omen. Is it scam, or not, only the next few days will show. I have had trouble getting onto the site as "Cloudflare" had blocked my IP address, and the site couldn't or wouldn't unblock it. I could however gain access via a different route, but no more as from today.

Total scam no payout without commission…

Beware of PlayPayouts - Scam Alert!

PlayPayouts claims to offer ₹69 (PKR) for watching each video, but it’s a scam. The only withdrawal method is through cryptocurrency exchanges, which is highly suspicious. To make matters worse, they require a minimum withdrawal of PKR 2,773, charge a 1.98% commission, and slap on a PKR 549 transfer fee. It’s nearly impossible to cash out your earnings. Stay away from this platform to avoid losing your time and money!

Pay money to upgrade your account

I created an account on the website and started watching videos. After a week or two, I received both emails and pop-ups on the website stating that my account could no longer earn rewards. I was told I needed to pay money to upgrade the account before I could earn again. I have never withdrawn money on the website.
That's a red flag. I considered it to be a total scam
