The company refused to process my refund unless I posted a 5-star positive review and sent a screenshot. Conditioning refunds on fake reviews is unethical and misleading. Be careful before purchasing.
The company requested that I delete my review before processing the refund. I refused and asked them to proceed with the refund first.

Refund

The whole website is a scam. I wanted to buy a software license via a different website, and instead of receiving the product, I received a "subscription". The page will promise you a refund if you post a good review on Trustpilot, adding to the fraud.
Note that they did NOT issue a refund after the (initially) positive review.

I didn't get any gift I paid for a…

I didn't get any gift I paid for a membership because I thought it was amazing and nothing ever arrived. I would have really liked to receive those gifts. But I thought if they are gifts why do I have to pay? Thanks to support for refunding my money
